Biggs is always high quality and good solid service. The reps are polite and thoughtful. I had a one time service on both units they installed a few years ago, and they did a great job. Very pleased. The girl in the office is always nice polite and responsive. Today Caleb was the service person, he was so professional, so polite and so GOOD at what he does. It was amazing!
HVAC diagnostics. Arrived early, very professional, graciously answered all my questions and did a thorough job. I was very impressed by the service technician that provided the service.
Brian came last week to diagnose my AC unit, I needed a new one. He noticed that my hot water heater was about to die. A new hot water heater and AC unit was ordered that day. Both came in very quickly! The hot water heater was installed yesterday. Today at 7 am, Luis, Mariano, Nelson and Alejandro were at my door- in the rain. They had to install all new ducts, vents and a new AC unit. By 4, they had finished and checked the unit blew hot and cold air. They were all kind and very professional. Thank you, everyone!

Technician was very friendly and did the most thorough job preparing my AC unit for summer. All of the other HVAC companies I’ve used for preventive maintenance did not spend half the time that the Biggs tech did cleaning my coils and removing leaves from my outside unit. Customer for life!
Biggs Heating and Air came out today to repair my HVAC. Technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain what another company had erroneously diagnosed. I am so glad I got a second opinion and will switch to Biggs for my future HVAC care. Aaron was the technician.
We have used Biggs HVAC for our bi-annul system inspections for numerous years and when our downstairs unit went down, they responded quickly and professionally. They have been exemplary in all aspects- dependability, quality and knowledgeable. I also recommend them to clients for hvac inspections. Again, exemplary.
Caleb was an excellent technician. He came out on a Sunday to look at my heat unit and found the Control Board was fried and needed to be replaced. They ordered one Monday morning and had it installed on Wednesday morning. Reasonable priced too. I will use them again.

This was the second time using Biggs to convert plumbing from tub/shower to a shower and set the shower base. Excellent job both times. Chuck, the plumbing technician was professional, very proficient and left the area clean. Went above and beyond each time I’ve used him. They will be my go to company for my plumbing, electrical, and a/c needs. Thank you all!!

The service was fast and efficient. Charles came and completed the work and took the time to explain what happened to cause the leaking toilet. I was impressed that you came quickly and helped me out since I am handicapped and this was the only toilet available to me. Charles was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you for the quick response. I will use your service again and will recommend you to others.
I highly recommend the company. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. The technicians are courteous and informative. I was explained the problem, shown the bad part, and they also checked out the rest of my system.

Annual HVAC maintenance performed. Tech Aaron P. arrived early, was respectful of property, performed service skillfully and courteously. Have been a customer of Biggs for more years than I care to remember and have always been satisfied with the service provided by office staff and field techs.
