The technician for Shelton Heating & Cooling was very helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. Appreciate not feeling obligated to purchase more than necessary. What I needed was reasonably priced & my air is working properly. Would definitely hire him again and refer to family and friends.
We have had several great experiences with Shelton Heating & Cooling. Our service provider was so wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't have our air filter size so he called around to find some and then hand delivered them to us the next day. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer!
Used this business for more than a year, and they are fantastic! They are dependable, and their costs are fair. Anyone looking for heating or cooling services should contact them, in my opinion.
I have referred them to several friends since I was so pleased with the service and work on my heat pump. They performed an excellent job of thoroughly explaining everything, and the price seemed fair.

If you are having issues with your air conditioning or heating, you must call this company. I called the other day and they made an appointment to come out within an hour! They were friendly and professional. They explained every step they were doing! I was also impressed that they were wearing uniforms. I would recommend them to anyone!
We had a problem with our AC and this company was able to send someone out right away! They were super nice and knew exactly what they were doing. We had cool air in no time!
The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He was helpful with the repair and made sure he didn't break any of our stuff. He even left us a thank you card. We will definitely call them back for any other AC/Heating/AC maintenance we need.
Shelton Heating & Cooling is undeniably the best in the business. Dan has an extensive amount of knowledge on the industry and more so, he knows the ac unit we have at the shop like the back of his hand, any issues we’ve encountered, he is able to diagnose and resolve it in no time. Can’t recommend enough.
We have had Shelton Heating & Cooling for the AC and heating. We had our old unit replaced bu them about 7 years and have a maintenance agreement where the clean and check twice a year. Very good, professional techs and good at explaining things too.

Mike has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When our heater broke down on a Saturday, he was the first guy to call me back. Rather than trying to schedule an appointment, he attempted to teach me how to repair the furnace on my own to save money. Unfortunately, the issue was much more serious than a simple fix. He came out and walked me through the problem, and he's kept me updated on the status of a part to repair the furnace. I highly recommend his services. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

From the initial bids to the installation of two new furnaces in my mother's home, the Shelton Heating & Cooling's crew was fantastic to work with! They arrived when they said they would, protected the floor with plastic wrap and blankets, installed two new thermostats, cleaned up, and removed the old furnaces in less time than expected. Professional and courteous. If we require additional HVAC services, we will contact you.

I just called Shelton Heating and Cooling to set up an appointment to come out to the house to provide a quote to replace my heater and air conditioner. I was told, that they would not come out unless I paid them $125.00. Is this what the industry is doing now? Very disappointed!!
I called and scheduled to have them show up between 8:00-11:00 am and they said a technician would call. At 12:15 pm, called to find out when a technician would show up they said they didn't have a work order set-up. Set -up another work order and they said someone would be out between 2:00-2:30 pm. Technician called at 1:30 pm and said he couldn't be out for two weeks. Wasted a whole day trying to get someone to come fix the AC.
That was a great crew. They took less than two days to replace our electrical panel and fix a new AC Into our existing infrastructure. It involved a lot of work and they did it very professionally. They left the work site sparkling clean and could not thank them enough times. Highly recommend!!
Shelton Heating & Cooling has consistently serviced my heating and cooling systems over the years. Most recently I had them install a new HVAC system and the work was impeccable. They were punctual, efficient, and the A/C is running perfectly. Excellent!!
