I had a prior company inform me that my furnace should be replaced. I spoke to Howard at Four Seasons and he was able to drive over to give me an estimate just a few hours later the same day. During his visit Howard took a close look at our system which is more complex due to it's connection with our indoor pool equipment. He was able to assess that a new unit wasn't needed and he was able to replace the broken belt which was causing our our heating issues. Howard also inspected our humidification system on his way out and provided some very helpful advice on how to maintain our systems. I am hugely appreciative for their excellent advice and service, I expected to pay thousands and ended up with working heat again before the afternoon was over!
I had Apollo diagnose and easily tell me I needed a new furnace. However, Howard and I got in contact and he offered a second opinion. He came to my home- very punctual I might add, and told me my equipment is still working but needs to be replaced, and I should start thinking about my options. He pointed out things Apollo failed to mention, and worked on my furnace to buy us some time. On top of the service, prices were VERY reasonable!! I highly recommend Howard and his crew to fix up your furnace!!
We had a great experience with Four Seasons Air Specialists. Howard was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us multiple options for our furnace and AC units. They installed some great equipment, and the install techs were also personable and professional. Great experience all around, and if you're looking for an honest company that will give you a reasonable price and solid service, Four Seasons is one I'd definitely recommend
We purchased furnace & A/C. Entire process from presentation to installation was enjoyable. Installers were helpful and the system has performed flawlessly from last September through this moment. Very pleased.
Thank you Four Seasons for promptly coming out to our house on the coldest day of the year (2/6/21)!! We woke up this morning and it was 10 degrees cooler in our house than what we had the therostat set for. We had Four Seasons install a new heater about 5 years earlier and this was the first time it failed. We were lucky that the service technician was in the area when we called. He came within the hour and cleaned out a sensor. We have heat again!!!We appreciate your prompt, courteous service.

I had a very positive experience working with Four Seasons Air Specialists. Howard responded quickly to my request for quote and came out promptly to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and listened to what was important and suggested a couple of options for me to give some though to. The proposal was priced fairly and presented the options so they could be included or declined. Following acceptance of the proposal the install was scheduled for later the following week. Dan, the service engineer who ran the job was efficient and had the old furnace out and the new furnace in and ready for power up in just a few hours. Great peace of mind having an efficient new furnace on the job generating monthly energy savings. If you need a furnace or AC unit in the NE Metro you would do well to give these folks a call.
Four Seasons recently installed a new furnace, new air conditioner, and new wireless thermostat in my house. The entire experience was awesome and completely hassle free. Howard and the entire team are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Four Seasons.
Howard made my new furnace and A/C purchase very easy to understand and he took the time to answer all my questions about what would be the best option for me. Installation crew was on time and very professional. Plus, Four Seasons will handle all the paperwork for me to receive the rebates from the manufacturer and Excel Energy. Called, the man on the phone was rude and told me how busy they were and wasn't even listening when I told him what was wrong with our AC. Will go somewhere else.
Everything about our recent furnace, A/C and water heater replacement was handled beautifully by Four Seasons. Howard gave me several options at different price points, with easy to understand pros and cons. Dan and his crew were timely and considerate and did an excellent job. Four Seasons has provided us with exceptional service for 33 years and I am happy to recommend them.
Great job on the new Lennox furnace and air. I already notice the at air does not run as much as the previous unit. Knowledgeable techs. Only downside is the Honeywell programmable thermostat. Wish I had the previous Honeywell programmable one. Contrary to the old one, this is neither intuitive or easy to program. I'd prefer the old one back.

Had a new A/C unit installed in the house. Installers did not strike me as particularly professional. (I overheard one say "this comes with these doohickies, whatever they do.") After removing the old unit they flushed the lines INTO the house. The refridgerant odor was so strong I had to leave. I emailed the owner about this and his reply was unapologetic and unhelpful. He seemed to think pushing the chemical vapors into the house was no big deal. Not terrible service overall, but I won't use them again.
Great work start to finish. Thanks so much to Four Seasons for a cool comfortable home. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone in need of HVAC services. Professional, competent installation, Dan and Jeff went above and beyond expectations, replacing worn out venting for our boiler, when the job was replacing 2 complete A/C systems.
