I came here to write how a practical systems driver sped through a stop sign and almost hit me turning onto 57th by university. To make it worse he turns right into the far left lane and I see him look for traffic after he’s into the road then get on his phone! Crazy
They are honest and ethical.. no more need be said. My only call from here out!

I tried to hire these guys for an upcoming remodeling job. Their rep visited the site 2 weeks ago to give me an estimate. I've had no contact since, despite leaving multiple messages.
We were in a must replace situation with our furnace. We had four bids and there’s was by far the best. The whole crew was professional and did a great job. The furnace and ductwork are great. Fully recommend them.

Purchased 2 Mitsubishi Split System HIVAC 's Received multiple bids before selecting this vendor. Very impressed with the time the salesman took with me and his knowledge of the product line. This was not an easy application to tackle but they did a wonderful job. Units were as promised and described. Service & Installers were very polite. Very pleased with this operation and would highly recommend.

Professional, respectful, timely, and intentional in explaining the new heating system and peripheral upgrades to my understanding. Team also made sure the directions were clearly written and understood ('air flow', furnace filter options, routine care of new furnace). Cleaned up after work completed, above and beyond. Even as a seasoned homeowner, this team still exceeded all of my expectations. Bonus points were given by my cat, who purred and rubbed approvingly against the warmth of the new furnace long after the strangers were gone...
Knowledgeable sales rep (Rhod) explained options and helped me make informed decisions and was flexible when we had to reschedule install. Kyle and Anthony did a great job installing. On time. Tidy work, took care to put down drop cloths and minimize mess. cleaned up everything after. Rachel helped troubleshoot setup of the Daikin One smart thermostat. Sue took care of all the billing. End to end, well orchestrated and pleasant experience.
Extremely satisfied with the service from Practical Systems. My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year, and I was fortunate enough to have a technician named Noah repair the problem in an efficient and high-quality manner. He was very friendly, patient and talked through everything that he was checking throughout his evaluation of my furnace to uncover the problem. I learned quite a bit from him actually! He’s an awesome guy and I’d highly recommend him and Practical Systems to anyone in need of HVAC work in their home. Thanks again! -Ryan
Practical systems tackled the installation of new venting to add a hood to our kitchen and move a gas line for our range top. Everyone was professional and helpful throughout the process. We did run into a couple issues including the estimate not taking into consideration that we have a shingle roof that they could not vent through as they had planned to do. But they were helpful in directing us to find another professional that could do the work for us. This delayed the work a couple days as they could not continue until another company finished the roof work for them. Practical systems credited back the additional money we spent on a separate contractor from their bid. So it didn't end up coasting us any more. The other delay came when the appointment was not made through Practical Systems to line up an inspector. They apologized for dropping the ball on that and we had to delay the finish of the project several more days until an inspector could come out. The finished project is very nice. So although it was disappointing to run into these problems I am very happy with how they worked to resolve issues and admit their fault. All companies have problems here and there. It is how they handle it that is most important to me.

We had a gas insert put in an are very impressed with the service. Not only did PS come in at 1/2 the competition's price, they were also very easy to work with and very professional. They install our entire system, including adding a gas in, in about 6 hours including inspection. John was fantastic to have working on our project and explained the entire system to us. I would definitely recommend PS for you fireplace needs.
