Excellent work, I called for a generator replacement. It took only one day for them to get back to me and visit. I expect an estimate within a few days. Last January they did an entire HVAC replacement. Well designed, and excellent work. I highly recommend J&R Heating & Cooling.
J&R Heating & Cooling were so excellent to work with. I called to have them out to our home for a second opinion and a new HVAC system estimate. Another company had quoted an extremely high estimate. The technician was very knowledgeable and advised the best course of action and literally saved us thousands of dollars. They are trustworthy and will not take advantage of you. Give them a call!
Our AC broke on Wednesday night. Thursday afternoon they came and checked it out, and were able to install a new unit by Friday lunchtime. Daniel and Hakim were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again!

She arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Jessica quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with several options for repair. I had a heating and air conditioning issue in my house. I called them and they came out the next day, fixed it, and charged me nothing! They were outstanding!
For heating and cooling services, this company is a great option. They were prompt in their responses and very detailed in their explanations of the procedure, which gave me the assurance that when my family and I moved into our new house, they would be free from allergies and other allergens. Anybody looking for heating and cooling services will get my recommendation for them!

On time and on budget! They came out and repaired a busted pipe in my condo which was causing water to leak into the unit above me. They were very professional and courteous, they explained everything they were doing as they went along. Definitely recommend!
They were very professional, well-dressed, and on time both times they arrived. They photographed our attic, presented them to us, and described the issues with our system and what needed to be done. The very greatest HVAC company we have ever worked with! We heartily endorse this business.
Jamie was very professional and did a nice job. He arrived on time and tried his best to fit around us to minimise interruption as we are a cafe business. In conclusion, everything was done very well and tidy. I highly recommend J&R Heating & Cooling if you are looking for an air conditioning tradesman both domestic and commercial.
This is not a legitimate business and many of these reviews appear to be from fake accounts. This company didn’t finish the work that they started and once they have your credit card they charge you for things that you did not sign off on. Not only that, but they don’t do any of the required permits through the city. They don’t even have business cards. Please beware of this company, as they are actively being investigated as a fraudulent business through the state.
Prompt response from customer service team. The technicians arrived on time and gave a good explanation of what they would do. They were knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the problem and also answered any questions I asked.
Terrible horrible service, work just 1 year. after that they offer service for 1 year $300, or come in and repair for 1 time $400. Air-conditioned is small just for room.

James and Ross were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, efficient, and considerate of our home and two dogs. We were given a thorough explanation of what had been done, how to use the new thermostat, how to change the filters, and how to run the fans for maximum efficiency in difficult-to-reach areas of our home. For many years, we've used this company for annual maintenance, and they were our first choice for the new system!
