Outstanding service and follow up. Had a high efficiency replacement and the system is fairly high tech. The crew made sure to show me the differences in the new system and assisted with the online and mobile app installations. Great customer contact skills and knowledge. Honest and affordable, highly rated.
My HVAC stopped working a couple of days ago, called around and no one could give me immediate assistance. George and the staff at DEmpire Heating & Air Conditioning came out the next day. The tech was very professional, had a great attitude, was knowledgeable. He was attentive to my questions and concerns and addressed them in a way I could understand. George is a real professional! I am very satisfied with his service throughout the whole repair of my AC that is not blowing cold air. The price was very fair and there were no hidden charges. Empire never followed through with meeting multiple scheduled appointments at our home. If you want a company that doesn't communicate effectively or not to show up to a schedule appointment, this is your company.
The technicians that came to our place were professional and worked very clean. The units are installed better than the older one. The installations are well thought out. They cleaned the installation site afterwards. When everything is all done, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning managed all the rebates and they came automatically. It has been a good experience for us.
James was fast, courteous, and informative. He got this inexperienced new homeowner's furnace back up and running in no time, but then took the time to make sure it was fixed and show me what he did. I definitely recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning appreciated it.

The service contract system isn't as smooth as some of the larger heating and air conditioning local companies but that is okay because you are dealing with neighbors. The technicians are prompt, explain their work and do a thorough maintenance. Our technician Ken was outstanding. He was very diligent and took time to explain what he was doing and serviced our AC system very diligently. He even cleaned up his mess.Will highly recommend.
We had a problem with our AC not cooling. Ken came out and was very courteous and informative, recharged the system, put the dye in to detect potential leaks, and then we were good from there. Recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning, they seem to be fair and honest.
I called Ken to schedule a same day appointment. He arrived as agreed and repaired my broken heater. He did it without any problems and did not try to up-sell. I will be a repeat customer and recommend to others.
Had furnace tune ups and maintenance today. Ken was very detailed and knowledgeable technician. I'm simple words, Ken was honest, helpful and hardworking. I have a old boiler in a expensive neighborhood along with being new to the country. He clearly explained to me my options which were all competitively priced since I had did my research. He quite simple delivered without issues. I will be using him again he has become my heating and cooling guy.
We like the fact that Empire Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned business. They've worked on our furnace and A/C both in emergency calls and regular service and repair. All of their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. When we had to replace both the furnace and A/C they made the process quick and easy and gave us a very competitive price. Highly recommend.
