We had an issue with the temperature inside. When the heat hit the temp we set it at, it would turn off until it was 5 degrees below what we set before coming back on. After a few calls, I came across Perfection Heating. Their ratings were high, so I decided to call them, and they were very quick to come out the same wk of my call. When David came out, he was very quick to find it was the sensor that needed replacement. He was here in and out in less than 30 mins and honestly was a very kind person. We were happy heating was consistent now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that David was at our house on a Thursday. Friday to Sunday, we were out of town, so we didn't get a feel of if the sensor replacement really fixed our heating issue. Woke up today (Monday, after New Year) to find the temp of our house at 61 degrees. We set it at 73, so it was freezing. When I called Perfection heating, it was going to cost over double if they came out during non-office hrs on top of any additional repairs. Compared to Aquarius, which actually came out today at a cheaper rate, there was a big difference in the quality of service rec'd. If Perfection Heating ran a complimentary furnace evaluation like Aquarius, I think they would've caught that the ignition had a problem. It could've been a 1 stop/fix for us.
After a challenging HVAC dilemma at my historic 2 story building 3 years ago, Perfection worked hard to develop and install a reliable and cost effective system. While the system has experienced several unforeseen challenges since, Erin and Ray have responded to each situation in a timely, same day manner and both convey a genuine desire for the system to be successful. When I have had to call for follow up troubleshooting and service, it is rewarding to know that from the time Erin takes my call till Ray arrives, I can be assured they will provide a prompt solution! Wonderful! I'm embarrassed to say that I had 2 other heating companies out to look at my 3-unit building about the fact that the zoned system didn't seem to be working properly. Both told me it was fine. I started getting tremendous gas and electric bills during the SUMMER, and upon a referral we called Perfection Heating out to take a look. The technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and found the problem right away. It wasn't a small repair, but we knew it had to be done and their pricing was very reasonable. One month later my utility bill just came and it was less than 1/3 of what the previous bills had been. I am thrilled and so thankful we were able to find this great company to work with. 10 stars!
Jordan, Derek, Erin, and the entire team at Perfection were absolutely great to work with. They solved a huge issue our home had with something a previous contractor had overlooked. The system they installed has made a world of difference in the overall comfort of our second story. Could not have gone better.
After a previous HVAC company made many errors in a new construcion install, Perfection was called in to remedy those errors. They listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue.

I'm a return customer to Perfection for issues I've had with my heating/cooling and am a super-fan. Brian came out both times and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having and took extra time to explain everything to us. Pricing is very transparent and fair. Highly recommend!
We recently moved into our 1911 two-story craftsman, which of course had hot water heat and no AC. We chose a ducted mini split with one air handler in the basement for the first floor and the second air handler in our walk-up attic for the second floor bedrooms. Mike and Dalton did the installation. Each day of the project, we were absolutely amazed at their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The registers and returns look fantastic. In the basement and attic, all the ductwork is beautifully tucked out of the way with no lost headroom. It truly is a work of art. And, best of all, our closets are untouched! I can't believe how quiet the system is - you can barely hear it. They finished just before the first big heat wave in June, thank goodness. And, a month later everything is working perfectly. We highly recommend Perfection Heating and Cooling. If you get get Mike and Dalton, that's a bonus! Your dogs will love them.
We used Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning when our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They responded immediately and sent someone out that same day to provide a reasonable quote and were able to install in a timely manner. Each time I interacted with an employee, they were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when we needed heat ASAP. Would definitely recommend this company for others!
Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning is THE A-TEAM!!! We needed to replace our entire Heating, Air Conditioning, and Hot Water Systems. From the very beginning they listened to our heating and cooling challenges and the developed an excellent solution. We've experienced both the heating and cooling cycles and the system has performed as promised. This was the 3rd time using them for ac installation at 3 different locations. Lowest cost out of 3 bids, professional, work past city inspection. So far I believe the unit is matched correctly to my house. The last unit was under size and wasn't able to keep up. Would've given them 5 stars but they didn't clean up after they were done with the job. Tin cutting, wire insulation, debris and dust from drilling was left behind. I would suggest using a shop vac moving forward.
This company has been incredibly responsive. I needed a garage heater replaced and they provided a very competitive quote. After the installation when my heater appeared to not be generating very warm air a technician was at my house the next day and discovered the gas flow was low. He then corrected the issue, which appeared to be from the line and not their installation and all work was listed as under warranty. I would highly recommend to others.
The name says it all with the Perfection Team! We were desperate for relief when our a/c unit went out in the hot summer heat. Erin provided exceptional customer service when we requested assistance and coordinated everything like a Pro. David was timely and communicated clearly with his initial assessment. Derek and Justin were both efficient, courteous, and informative when they installed the new unit. Would recommend Perfection services in a heartbeat. Thanks!
My wife and I have had to replace two old furnace and AC systems in the past half year at two residences. Both times Perfection Heating was fast to respond in the cold weather, gave us competitive prices and quickly scheduled our replacement heating and AC systems. Both times Derek and Mike were the replacement crew and they were great -- friendly, careful to explain everything and got done when they said they would. We couldn't ask for better. I hope we never need another furnace but if we'll do, we'll call them.
