Roy was recommended from a friend, and he did not disappoint. He was honest about his initial thoughts and quote and we felt great about it compared to other quotes. Al and Cody did great in installing the new units, and were very friendly and informative in their fields. Highly recommend them and their company, and will continue to go to them everything HVAC.

Getting an AC unit installed today with Metro. From when Dave and I chatted copiously over email to get what I wanted down in the quote to Paul figuring out how to fit me in on a very busy week with a holiday to boot They've been amazing. I have a condition that makes it hard to control my body tempratures. Not having AC was really hurting my body. I then setup portables and held through while Paul worked his magic figuring out how to make this work. I also love that when you talk to Paul he's to the point and doesn't try to yank you around. If you need hvac work call them.
They were contracted via American Home Shield. A week and half to get appointment. The problem was not fixed and became worse after they came. They wanted me to wait another week and half. The woman on the phone lied, was rude, she also blamed American Home Shield for their inability to fix problem.
I live in a 1930's home and had a basement drain that was flooding a bit when the washing machine ran. I compared quotes with 3 other companies and Metro was nearly half the price than the other companies. Super friendly and informative technicians too, Chad and Shane were timely and communicative, going above and beyond! Update: Months later, I also had a boiler technician, Jessie, come by to look at some rogue radiators that were heating up in the summer. He was informative and gave me next step options that worked for me. So happy to have another great Metro Heating experience.
The guys , Travis, Aaron, and Al , were very professional, from the first visit they made sure we understood what water heater was best for us , the install was done very quickly, and professional, they showed us how to work the new water heater, and they even cleaned up after they were done! Excellent service! Would definitely recommend METRO HEATING &COOLING.
Metro Heating & Cooling responded right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. The problem was repaired right away at a reasonable price. We couldn't be happier.

Big shout out to Al who came and fixed our new A/C last Tuesday! Al was very professional and did a thorough job to install the replacement condenser unit. Also big shout out to Amy in the office! She worked relentlessly to get us the replacement condenser unit. It's great to have a working A/C in this hot weather. We have always been happy with the work that the Metro Heating & Cooling team for the maintenance of our old furnace and A/C and with the installation of our new high efficiency furnace and A/C last fall. Our heating bills last winter were lower! Thanks for the great job Metro Heating & Cooling! You guys are awesome!
The people at Metro Heating were fabulous! They explained in detail what was needed, and quoted me a price that was less than everyone else I called. There were additional issues that came up that the service people, Jalen, was able to resolve and get my system back up and running. I would totally refer anyone I knew to Metro Heating! Metro was recommended by someone else in the bldg, quite a glowing review and that is the sole reason I called them out of a list of 10 other companies! I am so glad I did. Left message Sunday afternoon with request to have someone fix my AC. They called back at 8am Monday and showed up at 9am. Great, friendly, and honest service. A friend of mine recommended Metro. Service technician, Brian, was great!
AC was not working efficiently, Jalen solved the problem quick and effectively. Has since been working optimal. Very appreciative of the service.
