Noonan Heating & Cooling Company just left my house. They replaced my evaporator and condenser. Less and David were exceptional representatives of this company. Great attention was paid to protecting my property and home. Mike the sales rep. was great as well. (anyone who puts on booties at my front door gets a head start in my book.) Very pleased with the price and the quality of workmanship.

Chris provided my annual furnace check today. He is friendly and polite and he doesn't leave until he's answered any and all questions. He even showed me how to program my thermostat today. Courtney's is the only heating and cooling company I ever use and I highly recommend Noonan Heating & Cooling Company to all my friends and family. Thank you!
Our AC tech was was very professional. He spent an hour cleaning out our old AC unit and tried to get us the best deal. Chris spent over 3 hours diagnosing the problem that we are now waiting on a part for. Outstanding workmanship and professionalism from Chris despite how hot the working conditions on a roof in the summer can be. I appreciate the compassion he showed my family and I!
We had a wonderful experience with Chris - he was very informative about our system and how to help ensure it be as efficient as possible. He was professional, followed covid prevention measures, and was incredibly kind to our toddler who was very chatty and eager to see another human mid pandemic :)

I called to schedule an appointment for heating repair on Monday when the temp was -22 degrees. I was put on the schedule for a tech to come out and take a look at my heater. Then by end of day, a tech bed Angelo calls me saying that they can't come out until the next day. 2nd day comes along, and still no one shows up. By end of day, Angelo capps and says they still can't sent someone to come out. This is my 2nd day under -20 temperature. Finally on 3rd day, Angelo calls back and says they can't come to even take a look at my heater until next week?? I initially called this company based on all the good reviews, but man, either people are lying about the job or service or something, because this company is horrible with customer service Not even the receptionist the common sense or decency to call me and let me i know what's going on. I urge you not to ever use this company or its service. They will let u sit in the cold, and have no integrity or cust service skills for customers. hire them at your own risk but I don't recommend!!! Manila on " Wilson Ave in St Paul".
We recently had a forced-air hanging furnace installed in our garage. Noonan Heating & Cooling Company did an exceptional job with the install and were the most reasonably priced in town. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of an HVAC contractor.

Our specialist Chris was dedicated and located the problem before he’d even taken a look, which he was precisely about. It was fixed with about 20 minutes. Feeling happy all the way!!

Chris was extremely professional, polished and efficient. Located the problem expeditiously; provided an elaborate easy to understand procedure and did a very meticulous repair including actions to prevent the problem from recurring. Cleaned up the repair area immaculately!!
Chris came out to the house to provide annual maintenance on my furnace and AC. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. There was a minor issue with the furnace that we discussed and there was no hard sell to fix the issue. I would definitely use Noonan Heating & Cooling Company again in the future and especially request Chris.

One day after workman discovered that our old air conditioner was completely ruined by chip-monks the new one was in and working properly. Our heater wasn't working and our warranty company sent out Noonan Heating & Cooling Company to inspect our unit. Chris was awesome. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. I definitely appreciate honesty as oppose to certain heating companies that only try to impress their customer. Very professional individuals! Highly recommended.
