Michael and his colleague called to tell me he was on his way. I also got a text with his picture so I would know what he looked like. He wore a mask. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He was quickly and didn't leave a mess. It also was reasonably priced.

The technician was polite and very knowledgeable and informed us our air conditioners were in great shape and did not try to sell us anything.
