Tom and John were very pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions. They did an excellent job of cleanup.
Brent from Apollo Heating and Air came out and tuned up my air conditioner unit. I hadn't ever had it done and it's 16 years old! He was very helpful and I had a lot of questions about how he it works and what the best units to buy when my AC and Furnace give out. He was very patient and helpful.He went above and beyond and I appreciate it!
We've had both our air conditioner and recently our furnace replaced by Apollo. Previously mostly pleased with results, even joined their service plan. Installers did not try ac when installing because furnace install in Nov. Was told I would need to call in warm weather to have them look at it. Turned air conditioner on for the first time since furnace install this summer and it wasn't cooling properly. It's a 5 year old unit. Called them immediately asking to have someone tune it up/ check diagnostics and they said they couldn't for a month. Would only come if I said it was broken, so they could charge, since that was outside of service plan. I said fine, $90 bucks to have someone fix our ac when it's hot rather than wait a month was worth it. The man came and explained that since I hadn't purchased the $800 thermostat they tried to sell me with the furnace, my ac couldn't adjust temp properly, and I should just keep the temperature set rather than let it be on a schedule. I'd also recently cleaned the AC, so he reasoned that would fix it. Levels on the ac were not checked, and I was not charged for this visit. A couple weeks later, I called them back, since the ac still wasn't cooling properly. It worked fine all last summer. This time they checked refrigerant, which was incredibly low, and as a bonus since the ac had been running constantly the capacitor was bad. I was informed a leak had somehow developed in our ac between last summer and this summer. $700 fix for what I truly believe is something they bungled while installing furnace, and they cannot come back to confirm the fix for another 6 weeks. They wouldn't touch it before I paid, and suggested I could talk to service manager if I had a problem with that. Tried calling service manager, and have not heard back. Not pleased.
Apollo is always fast, reliable, professional and friendly. And always available. We rely on them for furnace and ac issues.

--Our a/c went out on friday night--temp was 80 degrees--- we emailed Apollo and first thing Saturday morning Julie called us to set up appointment that morning--Bill Butler was there and fixed the a/c by 11 am!! .. Turns out we needed to update the 23 year old Furnace and A/C. Bill walked us thru all the Furnace & A/C model options he thought were correct for our house size...Did the order that day--Install appointment is next week- Now that is customer service!!! ----- Cannot thank Apollo -Julie and Bill enough for helping us.
Bill is totally professional. He moved my service to the beginning of the day when he learned I had a noonish appointment. I asked a lot of questions and Bill explained everything in a way I could understand. He was courteous and pleasant.
They went above and beyond with there work all new lines and done very clean work and left things cleaner then when they got there. Very happy with there work
they sent a technician out the next day friendly business to work with and the tech answered all the questions I asked and gave me a few ideas to of getting my air conditioner repaired and a day later had a new unit put in.

Was told aboutt he correct use of our air exchange system that could really impact how our AC works. That alone was worth the AC tune up. Have always had great service from Apollo!!!
My visit was for air conditioner annual maintenance. Kong was very thorough and does a excellent job explaining what he did and shows pictures so you know it is accurate.

My air conditioner went out and I made contact with Apollo to set up an appointment. They were able to work around my busy schedule and get someone out ASAP. I got a quote and install of a unit the same day. This also happened in the middle of the busy summer season. Very professional and would definitely recommend.
Great people to work with. Very polite and informative. They got my ac installed rather quickly. Looks as they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.
I've always had great experiences with Apollo. They've installed my new central air-conditioner in one home, installed a new Boiler in another home and also did a great job serving an older Boiler in yet another home. I'm extremely grateful they service such a wide area of the Twin Cities.
Apollo tech was the consummate professional. Unfortunately I paid over $300.00 for nothing. The Rheem/Richmond over the phone tech diagnosed the wrong part ( igniter) now I'll have to use your service again. I'm retired and on a strict budget. I'm going to feel this mistake for a long time.
The guy used terminologies the explain that the whole fan needed replacement. It was all a lie, from the office, they asked I pay $59 but the guy made me pay $183. He explained he spent an hour on diagnostic work, using his tools of trade. After he left, he turned everything off saying it was an electric hazard, which was ok but he went downstairs, opened the hvac, open! The outside fan behind my house was left open as well. I suffered with kids in the house that whole night!! The following day, I told my son to put the covers back in! To the fan, there were two fuses he left on the fan. Trying them, they were dead! They weren't passing electricity, we took them as samples to homedepot, bought new electic fuses for &5 each, put them in, the fan was up running and the house cooled. It's still running good. He really scared the hell out of me they sell the fan @ around $6k interest free for 18 months, I needed an electrician too to fix the hell he imagined of. I thank heavens I never fell into this. It was only an electric fuse that had blown and a professional should have known better!!!
Our water heater broke over the weekend. Steve came early today and was awesome. We got a new water heater in 4 hours. Steve was wonderful. I will use Apollo for all Air, Heat and Plumbing going forward. First time using this company! Thanks Apollo!
