Courteous & professional team! I recently hired G&G to install a new heat pump system in my house. Everyone I dealt with (from the sales people to the installers) were responsive and professional.
3 trips to the property and still unable to provide a quote for a furnace replacement. Delayed the replacement by almost a week. Had to place tenants in a hotel until another vendor replaced the furnace and restored the heat.

This company does what I wish everyone did. They come when they say they will come; they do the job right the FIRST time; and they clean up after themselves. In fact when they came into my place the tech put coverings on his shoes so that he was not messing up my place. Over the years many plumbers/electricians/etc. have come into our house and didn't fix what was broken or broke something else and still left stuff all over our basement and/or our bedroom that we needed to cleanup. These people are real professionals.

My furnace was not working. I called G&G and a technician was at my house about 3 hours later. Joe did a fabulous job! He was professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done.
I've never used this company, but if you like to drive on the highway with a service van that doesn't know how to yield or use their blinkers, then this is the company for you.
