Craig was fabulous!! He cleaned out the old drum drain trap and bathtub drain, without damaging the very old pipes!! Other plumbers had refused to even tackle!!! And, left the bathroom as clean as could be! He worked magic!
Kyle was awesome. We had water in the basement and water coming from a pipe. He diagnosed the problem fixed the problem in short time. This was all at 9 pm at night on an emergency call. Kyle was awesome. We are lucky to have 128 Plumbing and Heating!!
I contacted 128 Plumbing on July 4th for replacing my leaking water heater. Kyle came to my house early morning on the 5th, and we discussed all the different options ( gas, electric or tank less. I decided after our discussion to switch from my gas unit to a new electric heater. Kyle did a great job going over the pricing and possible rebates available. The following morning, July 6th Tony & Christian showed up early morning and promptly replaced my water heater. My wife and I would like to thank Kyle, Tony and Christian for being very polite and professional.
Our sewer was backed up and we didn't know what was going on. We had Jeff and Richie here today and those 2 guys were amazing! They truly went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. Top notch service! Thanks again!
Craig and Dominic came on time and reviewed the problem in my home thoroughly. They were professional and explained the situation and options clearly. They were able to get the job scheduled promptly as well.

Craig was great, professional, and explained our options in a way that I understood. Would welcome working with Craig again. EDIT: Today, Richie and Cooper came to do some CIPP pipe lining for us and they did a fantastic job in a professional and timely manner. Now the sewer line from our house to the city line won't have root issues for the foreseeable future.
We called 128 plumbing to do an assessment after having issues with new Mini-splits (not blowing cold air) installed by another company. They were super responsive, even messaged via text on a weekend, and sent a tech to the house in 2 days. Mark was wonderful! He was very thorough in his evaluation and took alot of time explaining his findings to my husband and I. 128 recommended that we go back to the original installer, but provided a detailed list of everything the assumed could be the issue. I definitely recommend 128 to others and will be calling them going forward with any plumbing, AC, heating needs.
Joe was amaZING! hIGHLY RECOMEND!! I just wanted you a to hear the excellent job that was performed on my annual yearly check up on my AC unit which was installed by 128 plumbing. The worker was very polite and did not rush me as I had a any questions to ask. He went above and beyond as I thought my AC really was not getting all my rooms as well as it use to. Joe found the connection on the airhandler separated a little. he then told me the problem and in110 degree heat spent an hour probably more, in out attic as he air screwed the connection back on which will now last a lifetime. I am extremely happy with the company and can not thank Joe Fitz enough Thank you, Glenn
I just used 128 PHC for the first time for my mini split AC system. Luis was great, especially with keeping me informed at every step and sending me many photos and videos of where the problems were. I would highly recommend 128 and will definitely use them in the future.
Very pleased with the attention and professionalism shown in my first time meeting with 128 Plumbing Technicians, Chandler and Stephen. Both were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing throughout the time here. I couldn’t be more happy to now have 128 Plumbing for my new maintenance contractors.
I recently had my yearly maintenance appointment for my ductless units with 128 Plumbing. Anthony M. arrived promptly and did a great job! He was very thorough and walked me through each unit and even took pictures along the way so that they were attached along with my summary and invoice email. Anthony noticed that one of my units was in need of an extensive deep clean. He walked me through what the process would be and explained that this was part of the maintenance that should be done at least once every 5 to 7 years. It was reassuring to know that it wasn’t a result of what I did/did not do to cause this need for a deep clean. He was informative and helpful as he called the office and helped to schedule the appointment. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Thank you Anthony! James came to perform the extensive cleaning on one of my ductless units. He walked me through the process and I was able to observe all the “stuff” that was cleaned out of the unit. Yikes!! I was surprised and wasn’t expecting that. James completed the cleaning and left my living room spotless! I asked him a question about my boiler, seeking just some advice at which he offered to take a look at my system. He was very knowledgeable, and again walked me through an explanation of what could be happening with the issue I was describing and offered to let the office know, so that I didn’t even have to scramble and remember what to say when speaking to them in setting up another appointment. So helpful!! Thank you James! I continue to renew my 3-yr maintenance plans with this company as they continue to value their customers and always stand by their work. I would highly recommend!
Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional & paid close attention to detail, They kept us well informed throughout the process and provided options to accommodate our needs. They were on time, courteous and cleaned everything impeccably. They were FABULOUS!!
Kyle from 128 arrived today to repair what I believed to be a leaking pipe. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to explain everything in detail to me in a way that I was able to understand and repaired what needed to be repaired. I thought he was very professional & very knowledgeable.
My condenser froze up on my central air unit and I made a service call to 128. They came out the next day for maintenance but realized it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. The following day a specialist came over to talk options and the very next day the crew was their to install the new equipment. The team of Frank and Steve were very friendly and professional. Their extra care and particularly neat job was quickly noticed. Not only is the central air blowing ice cold now but I also have a lot more room near the condenser and ducts on the furnace. They re-configured the lines and the ducts to tuck them away which really cleaned up the area. I highly recommend 128 for any cooling needs.
Craig was pleasant, professional and thorough in his evaluation of our plumbing needs and his explanation of the range of recommendations. The work done to alleviate our immediate problem was performed quickly and completely resolved the situation.

Kyle and Christian were amazing! They were very courteous, professional, respectful of the property and informed us the whole Time about what they were doing and what was going on. I trusted their judgement and they were very knowledgeable and worked well Together. You can tell that they are dedicated employees and really want to be successful n their jobs and careers. I would be very happy to have them help us with any future plumbing projects. 128 Plumbing is Lucky to have these two as Employees.
Ben and Brandon did an awesome job with my heat pump install. They were very responsive in answering all my many questions and explaining the plan, and I feel great about the quality of the work. It’s a great system!
