Our AC went stopped working as it was 90+ degrees. The house got so hot the wife and kids went to their aunts for relief. I called Chambers Heating and AC and Stephen texted me within 5 minutes asking what the issue was. After a brief description he was dead on with the issue. He arrived on time and kept me updated along the way. He knew within seconds by the sound of the machine what the issue was, which was quite impressive. Then after confirming the diagnosis fixed it perfectly. Stephen was impressive and personal. He even gave us many pointers on how to best maintain the system, which filters are best, etc. Stephen will no doubt be my go to person from here on out for any issues i have that fit his services. Thanks much for keeping the family cool and happy!

My experience with Steven Chambers of Chambers AC was honest and amazing. Steven returned my call within 30 mins of leaving a message and came out that same day to help me. Other companies I called wouldn't help me for 2 weeks. Once Steven did arrive he diagnosed the issue and came back to my house later that day to repair it after all his other work was finished. He was very honest and extremely helpful in showing me how I can care for my AC to avoid any further issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Chambers because I was having flooring put in, and needed to move a radiator out of the way and have it reinstalled after the project was complete. At first I just contacted them to see if they’d be willing to do that type of job, and Stephen quickly responded and let me know he could help. He was very flexible about when I needed him to come for both services, since we needed to work around the flooring installation schedule. When the new flooring material changed the level of the floor, and therefore complicated the connection to the radiator, he found a way to work around the issue. He was kind enough to show me, a first time homeowner, how to bleed my radiators, and to look up where I could get the correct key. He ordered a small part I needed and didn’t even ask for reimbursement. Stephen was kind, professional, patient, and efficient. The pricing was fair as well, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed HVAC services.

I am so grateful for these guys! My furnace went out overnight and I woke up to a 54° degree house. Stephen was so kind and helpful on the phone. His brother Kevin showed up early in the afternoon, and was able to get the furnace going while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive. They kept me in the loop of what was going on, and when the parts arrived had my repair done quickly and neatly. They were both so kind and responsive to me and handled everything perfectly. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with the Chambers brothers. Our central AC was leaking water into our bedroom from our attic and we were panicked. Not only that, it was one of the hottest weeks of the year. Every other place we called said the earliest they could send someone was at least a week. I called Steve and he responded immediately and squeezed us in for the next morning - on 4th of July weekend! He and his brother Kevin were so responsive. Kevin arrived early and he really took his time to understand the problem, troubleshooted and explained everything to us. He even took extra time to check on various other parts of our machine to ensure it was working properly. He made recommendations to ensure we had other repairs covered by warranty instead of charging us extra. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They saved us! I would highly recommend Chambers! Our central ac stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. Of course it happened to be on a Saturday too. I called and left a voicemail and received a text back within 20 minutes. They came right out and fixed the AC for a very reasonable price. I reached out to Chambers Heating & A.C. Service to collect an estimate on central air installation. Stephen quickly arrived about two hours later to provide as many estimates as I wanted in order to review the different configurations of central air that could be installed in my house. Since I'm no air conditioning expert, I certainly had a lot of questions about pricing, installation, equipment, etc. Stephen always provided very quick, helpful and detailed feedback for all of my questions. Once he and his brother Kevin began installing the central air components in my house, they always made sure to fully explain the different steps of the installation and to take my own preferences into account as far as placement and aesthetics go. It immediately became clear that they are very passionate about their work and want their customers to be satisfied with the end result. They provided nothing but professional, courteous, and clean service throughout the entire installation and the final product came out perfect. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely work with them again for future HVAC projects.

When I first contacted Steve, around 8:30AM, at Chambers he was extremely responsive and asked how he could help. I explained what my issues were with my AC unit which wasn't blowing cold air. He indicated he would contact a team member within the company and they will be over to address and fix the issues. After about 20 minutes I inquired on a time frame so I can plan my day accordingly, Steve responded "He is there now" and there was a knock on my front door, this was about 8:50 AM. Steve's brother was at my house to fix my AC unit, he quickly diagnosed that I needed a new part (which was cheap) and the AC unit started working great again blowing cold air. He could have stopped there and moved on but he didn't. He checked the freon levels and found out that it was low so he topped off the freon and while doing so explained what was going on and how I can spot problem issues with my units. He also checked my unit in the attic to ensure there were no issues there as well. Continuing on he checked all AC ducts air flow and temperature to ensure the system was balanced correctly, which it is was. All of this was service is what should be done during a service call, not just fix the problem and move on to the next. Chambers did a phenomenal job with top notch service and respect. They made a lifetime customer out of me! The cost was extremely reasonable for the services, parts, and labor. I would highly recommend them.
