RUN AWAY. I am beyond shocked at how unprofessional this business is. My 16 year old daughter was driving to school and the man driving this truck terrorized and terrified her. My daughter has a video of him flipping her off while driving this company car. This is your sign to NOT book this company. If this is how they act when they are in private I don’t know how they would act in your homes.

I have had the best experience with CS Ventilation as a new restaurant owner. The owner is extremely personable, helpful and cares about his clients. The staff is so pleasant and always willing to help. They also have a super quick response time.
Worked with CS Ventilation on a few Big projects over the last few years. Dan, his guys, and his office staff are right on top of everything right down to the last detail. Made my jobs go very smoothly during a crazy and hectic work schedule. I run a tight schedule on my construction jobs. Dan and his crew did exactly what they needed to do to get the job done for inspection. Thank you guys again!! I will always be calling you in the future.!

I have been using CS Ventilation for over eleven years now. I would highly recommend using them. Their office staff are communicative and professional as well as helpful. Outstanding service. As regards the cleaning and installations that I have used them for (on a regular basis) I have never had a job be unsatisfactory.. If there has been any issue they are straight onto a solution and quick to resolve. I highly recommend them.
I was extremely impressed at how responsive Dan and his staff were in terms of setting up my vent fan replacement. My fan is located over the water and required a crane for the workmen. All aspects of the "miracle job" were taken care of flawlessly by CS Vent. John even asked for paint to touch up the freshly exposed spots! Totally professional service from start to finish.
The company did a great job ,my hood look like new when they finished cleaning them. Amd staff very professional.

Very bad experience with this company because of their ridiculous deal---- no following service after taking money. In last year around May, I contacted Dan for the intake air fan issue, he sent a technician and took $150 for checking, and told me they would come back to me after estimate ,they did not come back as promised. After a while, under my request, Dan sent another one visit once again and repeatedly promised they would come back and fix the problem. Then, no next ..... till now. Did you always collect money with no following service? Why did you waste me so much time? Why did you promise but did nothing? Hope others should be careful with them. We have been suffered from them too much.
