Very prompt and courteous service, excellent to work with and affordable
I have several rentals and when I have an issue Tyler is always quick to resolve it for me. I Highly recommend them.
They switched out my old AC unit and replaced with heat and air conditioning. I called to schedule an appointment for estimate to install my units and the next morning they were there. They were very prompt to the arrival time they gave and finished the job ( cleanup and all) in less time than projected. The equipment was tested before leaving. Technicians were friendly and professional. I recommend them if you are in the market for AC work.

There service was great and timely. My A/C needed repair and they came out very quickly. Once they were here it was fixed that same visit. In and out! I appreciate their service, they helped me through covid by fixing two furnaces as well.
We had a new HVAC unit installed. They were here bright and early and the new system was installed before lunch!

We have used Watson Heating & Air twice since owning this home. While they were not the original installation company, they had a technician to our rescue within an hour of our evening call. Both technicians were patient, knowledgeable and honest. They provided options and insight on our unit without trying to push a sale. I highly recommend this company.
Thorough, careful service visit. Found and corrected a potential system problem with a/c unit. Technician also evaluated possibility of installing mini-split a/c unit for upstairs bonus room which stays hot in the summer. Recommended several options to consider. Very professional, and genuinely interested in providing the best solution for my situation. Highly recommend this company.
Very knowledgeable and professional
Very satisfied with Watson's and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement. They repaired one unit and replaced a unit for the upstairs. Also, moved a thermostat and checked the vents to see if they needed cleaning. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions thouroughly.

Top notch company and install team. Dustin and his assistant were great clean, courteous, professional, and more than helpful. My a/c system went it on Friday and I had my new system installed by Monday evening. Dustin called in a favor to get my new system shipped on a rush. I can’t thank him enough!

I can't say enough good things. My furnace stopped heating during the coldest day of the year. I called so many places and they were the only ones to pick up. Despite how busy they were, they drove all the way to lexington and then to London and then back to my house in richmond for a part that mh system needed. In total it took 7ish hours to get it fixed and I could not thank them enough. I will 100% be using them to replace my system as a whole. They were so kind and determined to get heat for me my husband and our animals. We appreciate you guys so so very much.
