This is a TEN star review, NOT a five star review! Five stars is just not enough for the work that the owner, Brian, Aaron and Taten did! Everything they did was over the top EXCELLENCE in every way! If you want more than the BEST and not have to pay more to get it, then these are the guys for YOU!!! I chose this business because I recognized that Brian, the owner, was honestly offering me more for my money, in other words, “the best deal”, and that speaks to most everyone! Brian, who is a very knowledgeable professional, takes the time to explain anything and everything to you that you wish to know. They installed a new HVAC system and some new duct in my attic and worked tirelessly in the heat to get it to perfection. They are very nice, friendly and very respectful of your home by doing everything to keep it clean. Not only did they install a new system, they also rearranged it in the attic and put in access floor boards so that it would be easier for the next maintenance person working on the system! Besides the installation of the new HVAC system, Brian did some repair work for FREE on my other older system in the crawl space while he was at my house! I cannot express enough to you the STELLAR impression that these guys, Brian, Aaron and Taten give you! They truly are much more than the BEST!!! They are sooo great, I would recommend them to everyone!!!
They were awesome they got job done and fixed any issues I had. They were helpful in getting my new AC and furnace in and set me up with a free extra filter for my AC unit. Really good people.
We had an excellent experience with this company. Josh was easy to work with, a good communicator and followed though with getting us our new HVAC unit asap. We’ll be using them in the future.

We have the yearly maintenance to keep our HVAC in good condition and every tech has been professional and kind. Emergency calls are handled promptly which is amazing! I was in need of a new heat pump and made a call, within a couple of days my new heat pump was delivered and installed. The guys did a professional installation! Nice and clean. Ready for the summer weather!! Thank you all for your help!!
Josh showed up at the appointed time and completed our preventative maintenance without any issues. Affordable Service Solutions, Lexi and Josh are doing a great job!
Josh was on time and gave our heat pumps some long overdue TLC. He gladly changed one hard-to-get filter that was up in the attic. Why they put these units in attics is beyond me, but I digress. I really appreciate Josh and Affordable Service Solutions for their promptness, responsiveness, and skill.
I highly recommend Affordable Service Solutions! They are prompt, fast, friendly, and very helpful and affordable. I was without heat for 2 months waiting on a different company to come back or return my call when I finally gave up and called Affordable Solutions, who came to my rescue that same day and had heat by that afternoon! Give them a call for your heat and air needs!
We recently had to replace our HVAC unit at our home here in Richmond, KY. Josh and his team did a wonderful job. They beat local competitors in price! They were also very timely and easy to work with. We will definitely be doing any future jobs with Affordable Service Solutions!
After a frustrating couple of weeks without AC over the summer and getting the runaround by several companies, I finally stumbled upon Affordable Services Solutions through a friend. Josh was able to diagnose my AC issue in no time and we were scheduled for service and replacement without hassle. The job was done impeccably and Josh had been available with any service needs stemming from the job. I’ll trust them with all my AC and HVAC needs. They saved us from a miserable summer.

We were extremely pleased with how courteous and professional Brandon and his team were while installing our heating and cooling system. They went out of their way to be respectful of our home, keeping it as clean as possible while working. We were happy to have such good, reliable heat during the much colder than normal temperatures we experienced during the Christmas holidays.

We had just bought a home outside of Richmond. The house had no heating and air for about 20 years or more. Brian came out and gave us an estimate on HAV. Everyone we worded with was professional and every courteous. They ended up having to pull out some ductwork and replaying it. All was done in good time and what we knew it would cost.
I recommend Affordable solutions. They worked with our schedules on an installation day, offered the best price, showed up on time, polite and efficient, and we're happy with our new system.
Affordable Service Solutions responded immediately to provide a quote for replacing my existing HVAC system and when I accepted their quote and gave them notice to proceed they were on top of getting a new one installed. Even ahead of schedule. Work was accomplished in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
Great service all around from Brian Caudill and his team. When I requested a quote for a replacement of my existing system Brian was quick to respond and provide. He was on top of questions and quick to get installation scheduled. Brandon Stewart and the installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was installed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterward - I didn't have to pick up a scrap! Brian came by the next day to check the work and make sure I was happy. I am! Highly recommended.
