This company was able to work with my tight schedule for my tenants. Pricing was very reasonable, and the AC problem was fixed very quickly. No complaints here.
We came home late at night (10pm) and one of their on call techs came out and rigged us up to work until we could get our new unit in. They gave us a ballpark time on when it would be in but it was BEFORE the date and they gave us a great deal. Justin was quick on the install and super easy to work with. Justin also respond to our pricing questions, our SEER concerns, and understood our limits. WE WOULD DEFINITELY 10/10 RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Hands down the best HVAC company out there!!! I contacted them, after hours, and they talked me through an issue I was looking at potentially having. I was told one thing by my builder, but when I spoke with Josh he informed me that I was mislead and the issue I was worried about didn’t affect my installed unit. This type of customer service is why I will always recommend Pro Tech!!!
I left a message over the weekend to see if they can fit me in, they were able to squeeze me in first thing on Monday. I asked him if they can call ahead of time so I can wake my son up he works third shift, the gentleman was very sweet And took the time to tell me what was going on with the system and what needed to be done to fix it.
Can’t speak highly enough of Pro Tech and Josh. Showed up within 2 hours of calling, made a quick and honest assessment of issue, had it repaired within 25 minutes and was super personable on top of quality work, and didn’t gouge us on price, was actually much less than expected. Top notch service and honest as they come.

I called this company for a second opinion. I am so glad that I did. The Technician was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Explaining every step as I requested. He spent over an hour trying to find my issue. Then he made some adjustments and it was fixed. The $3,400 fix quoted by the previous company was not the issue. Thanks Protech!

Very professional team that is honest and up front about your needs and looks out in the best interest for you. May not be the best priced but they absolutely provide the best service which is something that's hard to put a price on. I would 100% recommend for any HVAC problems no matter the size big or small

I recently made a switch from a previous heating and air company I was using at work and called these guys; the switch was definitely worth it all. Have used a few of the heavily advertised HVAC companies in the Lexington area, only to be dissatisfied with the service. Not here. Fast and efficient service. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Did a great job with diagnosing the issue with our AC unit and got it back up and running. When we had another issue come up, they came back out quickly to assess the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone having trouble with their heating or air.

We had such an excellent experience with Protech a few years ago when they came out to our home for a service call. Because we were so pleased with their service, we have purchased (and will continue to purchase)the maintenance plan they offer. Their customer service is second to none! We just had to replace one of our units, which is a complete bummer for any homeowner. They made the process easy, had our unit installed within days, and called us to follow up afterward to see if we had any problems or concerns. We also received a discount because of our maintenance plan. Hiring service providers for the first time can be stressful. You can hire Protech without any reservations! They are professional and knowledgeable, but also just very nice people.
