We have used Madison HVAC for our heat pump maintenance and service for several years. This year we had to replace our 16 year old system. It was a complicated install, but they did it in a day. Special thanks to George, Matt, Allen, and Steve. They worked a full, long day but they got it done.
Highly recommend Madison HVAC for all your needs! They go above and beyond!! Our unit stopped working, sent email after hours, received email back within minutes, next day they were here to repair. All their employees are very professional and so super friendly!!!
The staff and their service was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend using them. I’m very happy with the quality, attitude and the honesty of Madison HVAC and would encourage anyone to check them out.

Extremely knowledgeable company and only performs necessary repairs. All repairmen are license journeymen. Unlike others. Will only do business with Madison HVAC.
I have been using Madison HVAC for several years for all my maintance. Recently I had a new install of both my AC and heating sysytem. Alan, Dan & Kyle were great I couldn’t of asked for better service. They were kind and took the time to answer my questions and also educate me about what not to do that I had been doing.
I highly recommend Madison HVAC. I had a coil go bad on my Ac unit and George from Madison HVAC replaced my coil under warranty. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing during the process. Now my unit is up and going with no problems. I Also decided to try the yearly maintenance program and spoke with Mandy McElwee about how to get started. Mandy explained everything and answered all of my questions about the program. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any HVAC problems you are experiencing.
EDIT-After posting the review below, I was contacted within an hour of posting by someone with the company who apologized for the unprofessionalism of their office staff as well as their inability to keep an appointment time or notify us that the technician was running late. I was offered compensation for my troubles in an effort to make things right. I do appreciate this effort, but first impressions are everything. WOW! So glad we did not end up using this company. Called to have them come out and look at our unit after it was freezing up-they said they would call us at 9am the next day and send someone out. Never received that call, waited around all morning so we went with another company that was cheaper, more responsive, and actually kept their appointment time. When I finally received the call that a technician was on their way almost 4 hours later, I told the woman we had gone a different route and she got smart with me on the phone said "and you didn't think to call and cancel?" No ma'am, I thought about it but you didn't have the decency to call me and reschedule or tell me you were going to be late so that is on you and you have lost my business. VERY poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
This company is AWESOME! From the owner, to the office staff, to the guys that do the heavy lifting, I can't say enough good things. They hooked me up with a great geothermal system. They keep a technician on call, so whatever your emergency is, they have your back. Don't waste your time or money on anybody else. They even chase off mice LOL!
Derek and his crew are super professional and did the job quick. Would recommend them to anyone very highly!!
I was completely blown away by every aspect of the service I received from Madison HVAC. When I called, the office staff made me an appointment for the next day at a specific time, and even called me when the technician was on his way to diagnose our problem. The technician made his diagnosis, explained the problem and our repair options. We decided a complete hvac replacement was our best option. They gave us an accurate quote and had the technicians there to perform the install just a couple of days later and COMPLETED THE WHOLE JOB IN A DAY!!! This was our first time using Madison HVAC after being let down by others in the past. The quality, courtesy and ease of dealing with them makes it a no brainer who to call from now on!

Madison HVAC installed central heating and air in our 200+ year old house. They were THE ONLY company that we interviewed that was confident in their approach and followed through in every way. I wont call anyone else ever again, period. If you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing and are going to deliver look no further.

I've used Madison HVAC often for repairs and installation of furnace and a/c units, they have always done a super job. Recently they replaced a 20+ years old a/c unit, Dan and George were the techs. They did great work getting the new unit up and running quickly and when they left, everything was neat and clean around the work area. I highly recommend Madison.
I cannot thank Madison HVAC enough for the job well done. It goes beyond just the work preformed though…. The professionalism and care that the technicians employed is a rarity! My fiancé and I are forever customers.
Definitely a wonderful company with great customer service and technicians! Very knowledgeable and confident. They were very upfront about costs as they evaluated with no surprise fees and very reasonable prices. This was our first experience with HVAC issues and we will definitely contact them for any future needs for HVAC. Highly recommend!
I am very pleased with Madison HVAC. They provided me with prompt and professional service. They were able to get my AC unit restored to proper working order the very next morning from contacting them. 10/10 would use again.
