Dustin and Josh installed our heat pump system and was amazing. They did a fantastic job very friendly answered all of our questions promptly and we highly recommend them for repairs or insulation. What a great company!
I’ve been a satisfied Jones customer for over 13 years. When I had to replace my furnace/heat pump this week, I didn’t consider anyone else. Josh and Dustin installed a new Trane unit yesterday and were polite, professional and efficient. Thank you Nikki and Jones Heating & Cooling
Technician came out and said I had a leak and it would cost 1400.00 which is very high. We waited a bit due to price so they sent a 65.00 bill which we paid. Then we gave them the OK to repair and they came out and said no it was the compressor and it would cost 1400.00. Once again we waited and they sent us another 65.00 bill. We talked to the manufacturer and they said since jones was a diamond dealer that the compressor would be covered and we just had to pay labor. Jones refused to let us use the warranty. Plus charged 65.00 for a missed diagnoses. We are calling someone else plus we paid 130.00 for nothing. On a side note the technician was very nice.

100% the best. I have used them 3 times and will never use anyone else. the repair technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable . Jones Heating & Cooling is very affordable. Their level of service is a 10 out of 10. Also the office staff is amazing, don't be concerned if you have to leave a message, they will return your call quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Honestly turned lemons to lemonade. AC went out on the 4th of july. House is only a year old everything is all brand new. Had a company come out(not jones) (relay had burned up) and told us breakers melted and wires and boards and all kinds of things were burned up and melted and we were lucky to have a home standing. On the 5th Jones made it out and had our AC up and running in no time and we did not need all of the additional work we were being told and quoted. Saved us nearly $1,000 and had us cooled down much faster. Earned our tust and a life long customer!! 10/10 would recommend!!

They were on time and showed up when they said they would and done an absolutely beautiful job they also took the time out to explain everything about the ductless mini split that they installed with the customer they cleaned up everything an didn't leave a mess behind excellent customer satisfaction employees were very respectful definitely will be using Jones heating an cooling again
