water heater wont stay lit, told me he would take a look. Broke three parts while "taking a look" Told me not to use the water heater because its now broke Left the gas valve on the water heater and the safety valve on and left Tried to bring up the issues and he hung up on me Found out the next day your not a plumber and not suppose to work on water heaters Nothing makes arthritis hurt more than not having cold water Sincerely a disabled veteran
