John is always polite and quick. He had my air up and running in about 20 mins once he had the part.
Gateway Heating & Cooling have always provided knowledge and professional service. John is very courteous and patient when asked for explanations. Services have always been reasonably priced. We consider Gateway our top of the list HVAC repair techs.
John was great even though he didn't have the best news about my air conditioning system.

The tech John, could not have been more professional. Excellent service on a really old walk in fridge at the Girl Scout Camp. Most companies won't even service commercial refrigeration systems. Great job and great service.

We had a last minute call today that Gateway was very responsive to. We had a technician, John Winters, out within 30 minutes of the call, as they were already in the neighborhood. House is starting to cool already. And the technician explained the process every step of the way.
