They were nice guys, seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were making the final connections on the Ductless heat system and charging the linesets. Every thing works perfect but I wasn’t impressed with the work done by the heat pump. A lot of the insulation around the copper line sets were torn and never tapped back up again (I’ve fixed this myself) and some of the communication wires weren’t strapped/zip tied (just dangling there). They also didn’t use cable connectors for the connections into the heat pump itself which I will also have to disconnect and fix myself. Also when they arrived they explained the pricing, “$1,000 for the refrigerant and approx $500 more for the labor” since they expected it to take 3-4 hours. Of course things can take longer and the job ended up taking them an extra hour. At the end of the service he calculated out the price and said it would be $2,000 for the service. I’m all for paying what people are worth and had this price been given upfront I would have no issues. But to have a $500 increase above what they said it would be for an extra hour then they thought was not what I was expecting. He told me he charges $200 an hour which was something he did not share with me before the work started. Like I said, I’d have no problem paying the prices but as a past business owner myself it’s important to be clear before the work begins. I don’t think I would hire these guys again, not because of the price but because of the lack of attention to detail on their work.

I called this company on a Saturday afternoon because my sons air conditioning wasn’t working and the owner was at my sons house within an hour and a half and he had it all fixed and working within 30 minutes or so. He did a wonderful job, he was very professional and he was a very nice guy. Also the cost was VERY reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of HVAC repair work done. We will be using this company from now on. 5 stars all the way around.
Kody knows what he's doing. He helped us fully replace our AC. Well worth it as our bill went way down and now we have a heat pump. He was professional and responsive.
These guys where great, they worked with my schedule so I could be home when they came by. They figured out what was going on quickly and got our A/C fixed that day. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone with A/C issues in the future and will use their services again.
