I was unaware that my mom had called them back in 2015/16 & had left an unpaid bill. They still came out & checked our furnace. Not everyone would do that.
My spring service came due. Comfort Air sent Phillip over to do the work. He was on time, VERY professional and courteous. Comfort Air installed my new HVAC in 2019. I am very pleased with all aspects of this company.
It makes no difference whether it is a service call or buying parts to make my own repair, Comfort Air knows the true meaning of customer service. Not once has there been an issue. Every tech has been top notch in professionalism in repairs and customer care as well as office support. After a career of thirty years on the road in the material handling industry I recognize superior service.
