Called several companies before I called WARE'S. One company said it was a capacitor well that didn't fix the PROBLEM and wee all know how much the heating and air conditioning companies like to charge to drive 5 minutes. So WARE'S was a lot cheaper. The man came over on a Sunday morning looked at The outside unit the furnace and the thermostat said that it was wired wrong no bad parts just had to fix the wiring Rheem AC units are wired differently and this man noticed it. So THANK YOU WARE'S HEATiNG AND AIR For not taking advantage of the situation ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Matt is terrific. He is professional and kind. He came out to look at my AC unit that wouldn’t kick on. He was able to correct the problem quickly. I would recommend Ware Heating and Cooling!!
Amazing!!! We are first home owners and our ac went out immediately after buying the house. I called them and they didn’t over charge (like my insurance wanted them too) and was honest great men! Kody and Laythan and of course Mathew all were the men in and out of my house and they were amazing and respectful! I have two dogs and they didn’t make it easy (constantly bothering them) and they were so nice! We thought the dogs were annoying and we went out there and they were playing fetch with them!! It was truly amazing despite the amazing dog loving nature they made sure not to damage any parts of the house and my ac unit had to be completely replace and it was upstairs and not one thing was damaged in the process the ac is working and there is no more leaks they also were nice enough to tell us the past owners errors amazing work overall! I would recommend this company to anyone I loved!
Window of arrival between 8-12 and arrived at 8 which worked great for me! I signed up for their PM program. The technician(Jody) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He found a couple of potential problems which is why I wanted the PM to begin with. I definitely will be using these folks again for future service!

Called Matt and explained my situation. My control board had fried in my old unit. He was at my house within 2 hrs to assess the damage and after that consultation, we decided to install a new unit. The financing was easy and very quick and he was out there the next business day. Amazing professionalism and service. Will absolutely recommend!

I had a pipe to my air conditioning unit up in the attic brake and the water was coming down through the walls out into my hallway carpet so I looked on the internet and I found his service gave him a call he was busy but said he would get to me as soon as possible and 2 hours later he was at my house fixing the pipe very fast and efficient friendly and I sure would use him again
Matt was great! He and his colleague were very professional, they did good work, and were efficient.
They were able to come the next day after calling late the day before and quickly fixed the issue with our AC line busting in the attic. They have also helped last year when our AC wasn’t blowing cold upstairs. Will definitely use them in the future and can’t recommend enough.
Matt and his team are fantastic!! I've called Matt several time in a panic and he always makes time to come over and fix the problem. I did end up putting in a whole new unit, but not before he tried everything to fix the old one! I also signed up for the yearly maintenance as well. 100% recommend Matt and his wife at Ware’s H&C.. They quickly came to the rescue to address my grandmas home. They patiently explained what they were going to do, looked for any other issues to relieve any concerns, and finished the job the same day. They were quick to communicate, resolve the hvac pump and take care of it. I signed up for the 3 month check up program that is so nice to have someone trustworthy and efficient make sure the home’s heating and cooling is running properly. Utility rates are rising, better call Matt to make sure you aren’t paying a lot more than you need to like I was because of weathered parts and filters.

They are prompt, dependable and knowledgeable regarding their expertise in the various heating and cooling systems. Very pleasant and friendly service techs who know their business. Even though they are located in Georgetown, KY their customers vary throughout the state. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Satisfaction is guaranteed and they offer free estimates.
I called them at 7:45 this morning because my AC didn't work and they were out here at noon James and Cody looked at my unit went through it and I thought I had to buy a new one and they said no we can fix this. They went through it and found a sticky valve. I would recommend them highly to anybody Bill Centner 107 Affinity Drive drive
Unfortunately our air conditioner went out during a heat wave leaving us miserable. I had used Ware’s Heating and Cooling before with great results so I called them again. To my surprise Matt was able to get to our house the same day to diagnose the problem. He presented us with options and pricing without leaving our house. We decided to totally replace our downstairs a/c and furnace. I was expecting to wait at least a week for service and parts. I was shocked when they were able to schedule us within a day and a half. On installation day 2 techs came by. Kody and James went above and beyond. They ran into some difficulties beyond their control due to the placement of our existing unit. They had to spend extra time and effort and we’re willing to do so without complaint. It’s not often you find such hard working and friendly technicians. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience including a very competitive price. Thank you Matt and crew.
I had the AC go out in a property of mine in georgetown right in the middle of the heat wave a few weeks ago leaving my tenant with no AC and almost 100° temperatures. I called them as soon as I was told about the issue from my tenant and they were at the house within the hour. Extremely responsive on such short notice and had the AC up and going in less than an hour. Freaking awesome company and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Georgetown area and best believe if I have any more issues they will be the first ones I call. Thanks again to Wares heating and cooling.
