I am so thankful and completely satisfied with Gene Thompson and his team at Georgetown Advantage Air. I had lost confidence in our previous HVAC service, and heard the radio commercials for Georgetown Advantage Air and gave them a call. Gene has earned my trust, confidence and business. He saved us nearly $800 compared to the estimate from the other company, and we were supposed to be getting a discount from the other company by being members of their club as well as supposedly being told we were getting half of the Freon at no charge. I will be calling Gene Thompson and his team at Georgetown Advantage Air for all of my HVAC needs.

I had a very rude interaction with Morgan when they answered the phone. I’m not sure if they had a rough morning but hanging up on someone is not acceptable…ever. Update per response from owner: I didn’t call in regards to a company, it’s for my personal residence. Once again, I am addressing the very forward and rude tone that I have received with while dealing with your team. If another company and myself is experiencing the same mistreatment or unkind behavior from your company then that shows a common trend within your company. I’m not sure who you’re addressing in your response but sadly for you, it’s not me. You have been mistaken. So I do not and will not owe your team an apology. That request is entitled and embarrassing since you’re incorrectly responding to the wrong person. Your response ironically shows how very unprofessional and rude you can behave. Please stop being passive aggressive towards individuals that are seeking your services. I feel bad for the individual’s superior that you called. You’re unprofessionalism will cause that employee issues within their company because of your behavior.

After hours call Gene the owner was terrific. Extremely courteous and friendly, really can’t stress that enough. Also had my unit installed by Georgetown advantage air and the installation went great. Cheapest place I could find with my installation and quality work. 1st call on the unit 3 years later minor problem with drainage which was promptly fixed.

I’d give Gene 10 stars if I could. I’ve used Georgetown Advantage Air 2 times in the past month for unrelated issues and on both occasions Gene came out promptly and fixed the issues. He even calls back to check if everything is working after. He offered to come out after hours but I waited until the next day and he fit me in during a busy time. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

I am a new customer with Georgetown Advantage Air having my first maintenance check in the spring. The company came HIGHLY recommended by family and friends. This week I had to call for an A/C issue after hours. The OWNER returned my call and came out within the hour. The problem was diagnosed and corrected within 30 minutes. I will continue to do business with this company and would recommend others do as well.

We added an addition to our house. Thinking we might need additional HVAC capacity we started looking into companies. We kept hearing an ad on the radio about Georgetown Advantage Air and how great they are. Also look them up on the internet and saw all the great reviews so we thought we would give them a call. This was over two weeks ago. We had them come out and inspect our system for maintenance and to discuss our needs. The first crew came out on a Wednesday 4/27/2022 looked at our unit noticed the uv bulb was blown said we needed a new one and that the old one was connected incorrectly which caused it’s short life. They said the unit should be under warranty and they were going to take care of this. Nothing yet. . Also stated they couldn’t check the pressure on the AC because it wasn’t hot enough. They came in and looked at the addition and talked to us about a ductless system. We then requested a quote. Noticed the fan on our unit was constantly running we called them back thinking they had left something running. A second crew came out two days later, Friday 4/29/2022 and found our unit was running because the humidity level was not reached per the setting selected. We again discussed the needs for our addition and the tech verified what we assumed, a larger unit was needed. We asked them to get us a quote. As of today Thursday 5/12/2022 we have had no response. This is why you shouldn’t put faith in the reviews you see. I know this is a busy time of the year but I’m not sure how it would affect the quoting process. This to me is not how a professional company would act. Not sure I would use them now even if they gave us a quote. Very disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel obligated to speak out about Georgetown Advantage Air. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and well, kind. They really care about thier customers. Example, I felt like something seemed off with my thermostat. He put one of his on, told me to hold onto mine and see if that makes a difference. He didn't try to sell it to me, no strings. Oh and because of a simple silly clerical error (he better not yell at her! 😆) , he added freon for free! Seriously! Who does that?!? This is why I can say they care more about thier customers then they do about money. They will talk to you and answer any crazy questions. If this review gets one person to hire them, I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, and you can't bet thier price! I am soooo grateful a friend recommended them to me. Thank you Gene @ Georgetown Advantage Air!

The owner, Gene, and another guy( I didn't catch his name) came out to my house after normal hours to fix my air conditioner. I was really glad to be able to get someone to accommodate my schedule since I work kinda late out of town. They were very nice and I felt like the cost was very reasonable. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I feel like they are not crooks like some companies are. I definitely recommend them for sure. They will be real with you which is very important.
