Smitson installed an HVAC unit in my historic home this spring. Work included hoisting the unit to the building’s roof plus installing ductwork and vents. The work was impeccable and the outcome was amazing. Highly recommended.
I can't say enough about this company. They go above and beyond, not just in their work but in their community. We are the recipients of a brand new (and much needed) HVAC System, courtesy of Smitson's enormous generosity. They selected my wife as a winner of their annual giveaway, that gives back to those helping the community in some way (she is pretty amazing). There aren't enough thank you's to come close to being enough. Also, they're super professional, timely, and do amazing quality work. They ripped out our entire system and replaced it with brand new shiney equipment in one day, fixing issues we didn't even know we had. Thank you Smitson Indoor Air! Your kindness and generosity is a perfect example of how we should love our neighbor and boy are we loved!
Jeremy is excellent. He is efficient and gets the job done! He and Hunter worked hard and all day to put in a new heating and cooling system. When they left the only way you knew they were here is my home is very comfortable. I highly recommend.
I appreciate the HVAC professionals at Smithson Indoor Air. Our gas furnace went out late on a Thursday night and we called and left a message for Smithson. They called first thing Friday morning and arranged a service call to our home. Once it was determined a new furnace was our best option, Smithson’s owner went to Lexington to pick up the unit and promised us it would be installed that afternoon in order to make sure we had heat. I can't say enough about Smitson. I had an issue on a Saturday and they came within the hour. I now use them to maintain our heating and cooling units based on the excellent service they performed at our new home.

I had previously called another company about my AC having an issue. 3 separate times they came out and never fixed my problem yet I had to pay 2 out of the 3 times. I became fed up and called Smitson Indoor Air. Charlie shows up thunderstorm overhead and within minutes my unit was functioning as it should with no issues days later. Great service and knowledge of their profession. He brought all the proper equipment to get the job done the right way. I would highly recommend them before calling anyone else.
Very impressed with Smitson and staff. They were not only quick and efficient, they were also professional and reasonably priced. We are very please with their service and will use them for any other issues/maintenance in the future!
Just had my whole system replaced and it was a great experience! From when I first called to the quote to the install, I have been impressed with the service I’ve received, especially the attention to detail all the way through. Tim and Trevor were great installers and took care to get everything done thoroughly and efficiently. Pleased I chose to work with Smitson!
Smitson Indoor Air has gone above and beyond while servicing our home on more than one occasion. They are an honest, reliable company that truly cares about helping their customers. Danny went out of his way on his own time to install a digital thermostat in our home while he was here to fix a major issue. In addition to excellent customer service, they are competitively priced and, in our experience, will repair whatever issues they can instead of just replacing parts/units in order to save the customer money.

If I could give Smitson Indoor Air 10 stars I would! They are just wonderful! When our HVAC unit first went out, it was a weekend and Candis answered on the second ring and had Danny out to our house within a couple of hours and got us back up and running. Unfortunately, our issue was unable to be repaired and we had to have a whole system replacement. They gave us many options and price ranges as well as financing options. We decided to wait and pay cash and when I called Candis and told her we were ready to move forward, she had us scheduled for instal the following morning! The guys arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window I was given and were very professional and courteous while in our home. It was like having family over for the day that just happened to be fixing some stuff while they were here. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a company you can trust, call Smitson Indoor Air. You won't regret it.
Charlie and his crew are awesome! Very nice and helpful. Willing to work with you and help you, and not feel pressured into making a huge decision. I can completely trust Charlie and anyone he employs to tell me the truth about my HVAC and that is so rare these days. My husband and I will only be using Smitson for our future HVAC needs! Danny came and took care of us when we didn’t have heat during the weekend. He was prompt and courteous and took care of the problem quickly. Will definitely use Smitson in the future.
I won a free maintenance giveaway from Smitson Indoor Air Facebook page. I really won! I was contacted immediately and set up a day for someone to come out. Trevor came to my home and did a thorough check on ALL of my heating and cooling equipment inside and out. I had positive interactions with ALL of the employees that I dealt with. I get a family vibe from each one I talked with. Good people
Charlie and his crew just installed my new furnace and air conditioner, and I honestly can't say I have ever met nicer or more skilled and professional contractors than Charlie and his crew! The unit is top notch, and the incredible skill used to install it was amazing. Charlie takes great pride in his work and so do each of his employees. My old unit was likely a homemade install and wasn't up to even old code. Not only was the new unit installed to code, but Charlie's standards are even higher, and so all the functional ductwork, connections, and such were upgraded per his standards. Most contractors would've done the least possible. Charlie went way above and beyond. They arrived on time, were at my house all day, returned the next day for some final touch-ups, were very friendly, very kind, and very accomodating. Smitson Indoor Air isn't just a contractor. I think they must be angels. People who act from heart instead of the wallet are few and far between, but Charlie certainly is one of them! 7 stars and two thumbs way up.
Mr. Charlie and his family was a Blessing to me and my family. I needed a. Air new system and my co- workers found out about the give away that Smitson was doing. They wrote in and told my story and I won one of the systems. I Thank God !!! Mr. Charlie himself the owner of the company came out and installed the unit. Everything was done in a timely manner and when I tell you I have slept so comfortable every night since January 22. I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
Wow! Smitson Indoor Air in Georgetown, KY came to our rescue after needing a second opinion on our unit. They were prompt, courteous, and explained everything in such detail. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating/cooling service in Central KY!
