Great company and very easy to work with.
Always quick and fair!
They are the only ones I call for heating and air. They’ve even come out to repair another company’s poor work! Friendly technicians and I’ve never felt misled or overcharged!

They got here soon as they could which was faster than I expected. They ran some test and found that the circuit board was the issue. It was late no place to get one that day so the Tech said he would run to the their stock room and bring me a couple electric heaters back to use til he could get the part, he came back pretty quickly and to my surprise had for 2 new circuit boards in the stock room that should work. Well they first one he changed out didn't function with all the safety features my gas furnace had so he switched it out with the next one and the furnace ran great but he didn't just jump and leave, he tested every safety feature one by one and made sure that they all worked as they should. I'm so glad that he covered all the bases with it being a gas furnace. Now me and my family can sleep without worry knowing all safety features are working. It's been about a week now and the furnace is working flawlessly. I highly recommend Pat Juet Heating and Air. Awesome service all the way around! Thank You Jeremy!!!

Have used this company since 1992, but tired of waiting for days for a repair. They obviously need more technicians if they can’t get to you for 3 days. In the past I have waited over a week for a technician. Tired of waiting.

Technician showed up on time. Was very professional and explained everything. He was able to fix my issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. The office even called the next day to see how my experience was. Highly recommend.
Pat Juett is amazing and we'll never call anyone else. We've had the same component fail a few times over the years and they've fixed it quickly and under warranty. The technician that comes out is the same that installed the furnace before we bought the house so they know everything about the system. When it failed in winter with a baby in the house, they were out the same day. Now, due to the repeated part failure, they're going to replace the entire furnace. If anyone in Scott County (or nearby) needs HVAC work, you can't do better than Pat Juett.
Honest, dependable and will do what needs to be done rather than make things up so they can charge you more.

Coils froze up on unit. Juett said there was no need to add Freon and that entire unit had to be replaced. Got a second quote from Gibson Heating & Air and they said it had a small leak and should work for a couple more years...Well, more than two years later unit is still cooling fine so Juett was incorrect on diagnosis.
We were very satisfied with our service. They had a technician, Jeremy, to our home within hours of our first call. They not only gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment, but called to tell me that he was on his way. Jeremy was thorough and checked our system out completely. Brenda called right away telling me exactly how much the parts would be and we rescheduled an appt to install the parts. There was no additional service fee for the tech to install the parts, they again called to tell me he was on his way and Brenda and Jeremy were both professional and polite. We will definitely use them again. They installed our hvac system 12 years ago and also took care of a repair over 20 years ago at our previous home. We have never had a bad experience with them.
I give this company a one star, would give lower if it were possible. Heating unit went out Thursday the 13th of Dec. Contacted our landlord, he called Juett heating and air, they were out within the hour. The repairman checked out the unit, found that a circuit board had shorted out burning the wiring harness. The circuit board was ordered that day, came in the next day, up on installing the circuit board, the repairman noticed the wiring harness was of a different manufacturer making the installation impossible for that day. The wiring harness was ordered, for a Monday repair. He did leave us two electric heaters to help out over the weekend. Well Monday came and no repair. We again contacted our landlord, he responded within a short time, informed us that the part would be in either Tuesday or Wednesday, they never called us to let us know that the part would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself some grief and heart ache, use another company that keeps the customer informed. So now you see why I gave this company a single star and willing to give lower if possible.
Just used Pat Juett for the first time and it definitely will not be the last time. I will be calling them again to check the system and if I have any issues. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and even asked to borrow my vacuum to clean up after himself when he saw some insulation fell down on the carpet below the attic access.
