On the evening of May 29, the fan motor inside of the furnace squirrel cage started making a lot of noise and stopped running. We shut the unit off immediately. The next morning, we contacted Maxson Heating and Air Conditioning and within an hour Steve was at our home. He removed the cage from the furnace and determined that the fan motor had failed. He urgently purchased a new motor and within a short amount of time had it installed and working perfectly. The outdoor temperature was 88 degrees and the indoor temperature remained cool. Thanks, Steve, for your outstanding service! We highly recommend Maxson Heating and Air Conditioning and rate them 5 Stars!

Maxson was a great partner when we replaced our entire HVAC system. Steve came out and gave a detailed and very accurate bid, took the time to explain efficiency and other things I had no clue about In such a way that I could easily understand and make a decision I was comfortable with. The bid was honored down to the last dime, even with additional work required during the install due to our house specifics. Dave was great as well. He was polite, professional, and took the time to show us everything installed, demo it all, even after what was probably a 10-11 hour work day for him. I STRONGLY recommend using Maxson for any HVAC needs, be it simple maintenance to an unexpected defect to even a full new install. Everyone who came to our house was professional and they were great to work with. A new HVAC system is a huge purchase that we knew little about before starting, but Steve and Dave made sure we understood and were comfortable with the new system and the choices we made.

Maxson came recommended by the previous home owner. Got a call about 15 minutes before appointment telling me they were on time. Shoe booties on immediately before coming in, answered my questions, brought concerns to my attention and took care of those concerns. I'm happy I have them and would refer them in a heartbeat.

Used them to install a new AC and they were great! Provided a quote fast and from there were able to set up an install date and time within a week's time and they completed everything on time and in a timely manner. Very professional and helpful!

Quick response time from the time I called and made an appointment to the time my service tech came to check my heating system. Great service from beginning to end and will definitely use again for future heating and cooling issues and concerns that may come up in the future.

Kyle arrived promptly, was professional & performed a/c system maintenance effectively, efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time.

I first called Maxson early in March 2021. It was evening and my heat wasn't working. Steve Sanchez, the owner came out in the evening, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. The next day Scott came out and made the repair. My next encounter was with Scott again who came out and tuned up my AC. Again, great workmanship. Kyle came to tune up my furnace in December 2022. He informed me that a couple of the motors in the furnace were nearing the end of their usefulness. The whole HVAC system was old so I decided to replace it. I went with Maxson to replace my HVAC because every encounter I'd had with the workmen and Colleen and Jessica in the office has been excellent. Also, they install Trane, which is highly rated. Dave and Jose replaced the whole system in a day, listened to all my concerns and answered every question. They were professional, friendly and courteous. Jessica and Colleen have followed up to answer any questions and set up future appointments. I would highly recommend Maxson Heating and Air Conditioning.
Steve, the owner of Maxson, was very helpful and had someone come by to fix our heating issue that occurred on a late Friday night and had someone out there Saturday morning. They were responsive and helpful. I would recommend.
