The technician were very friendly, and the 30 minute job of replacing the shower heater was done well. I was initially uncomfortable with an aspect of their product offering, which was promptly resolved through the company's post sale service efforts. I highly recommend them.

The guys who were sent were experienced.They patiently explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and arranged the installation the next day. The installers came on time and were efficiently done in less than 2 hours of their arrival. So happy with their work and my new furnace.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We received an excellent service. Eric was able to show up in our home in time and finished the job within a hour.
