Matt & John were professional & personable. I appreciated that Matt took time to answer my questions. Later the same day, when I called after-hours, Nick kindly addressed my concern and quickly found a remedy. I am grateful for his responsiveness.
Technicians were great. Very prompt and informative on what was being done. Very flexible with our schedule and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met!!
Great experience today. Tech arrived on time and this was an emergency situation with no AC running. He explained what he found wrong, replaced a part so that I was not left with no AC, and set up an appt for someone to come give me an estimate on a replacement as my unit is 25 years old. Also explained that I would be credited for the part he used today. Great guy, great customer service. I have worked with this company before and they are excellent.
We had a new water heater installed 6/30/23. We wanted to compliment Trevor on a job well done. He was skillful, conscientious and took obvious pride in his work.
Borter H & AC is a terrific organization to do business with. They are professional, highly skilled, on time, and extremely thorough. You might find somebody cheaper but I doubt you will find anybody better.
Outstanding service! After being told by another HVAC company that we would either have to replace our AC or pay $1000+ for a repair we reached out to Borter for a second opinion. Joe was exceptionally kind, professional, and had a tech out quickly. Our technician Karol was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose our issue and explain in detail what was wrong with our system (not what the other company had said) and gave us advice on how to avoid some of the issues in the future. Within an hour of him being there our AC was up and running and the repair was simple and less than half of what the previous company had quoted us. Brett (estimator) was also able to give us a quote for a whole new system to replace our 30 year old system along with options and detailed explanations of the specs along with giving us a credit for the repair to use towards a new system. It is rare to find a company that is professional, honest, and does quality work, Brett and Joe run an exceptional company. We will definitely be using Borter for any future HVAC needs.
My 88 yr Dad's AC wasn't working properly and temps were in high 80's. I called and was able to do after hrs service call. 1.5 hrs later the technician was there. Easy fix, just a dirty filter. Gave us instructions to melt the ice block it had turned to and next morning we were good to go! Reasonable price and kind to us.
Have only used them once and had a great experience. They were able to send a team over immediately on a very hot day in June! Matt and apprentice John were professional, willing to answer a lot of questions, and did a great job. They explained everything they were doing and why. That's a big plus in my book!

we have two furnaces and both men worked on them, cleaning and making sure they worked fine for the rest of the winter. They are both very pleasant and I enjoyed having them work on my furnaces
The blower went out on my furnace, made a call to Borter, and within 30 minutes Joe came, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, took the entire blower cage back to the shop, put in a new motor and had us back up and running in about an hour. Great experience, would definitely call Borter again.
The young man who came to service our A/C unit , is very knowledgeable in his field. Polite and neat. I will request him for winter startup service as well.
I've been using these guys for years. The staff is outstanding, especially the tech Joe. The receptionist Krista is awesome as well. I highly recommend Borters.

Excellent check up of AC. Inspector was very friendly and professional. We left Mello for Borter a few years ago and are glad we did.

Excellent response time and Service Technician was very good. Just disappointing that the charges for replacing a +/$20 capacitor comes to $269. Wondering what happened to charging for parts plus labor charges. Thanks
Great, honest company. Today's serviceman was Jessie. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Jessie explained everything thoroughly about a minor issue and the costs. All good. 5 stars (5/5) for Jessi & Jen. BTW: This is the first time I've met Jessie.
We had some questions about our initial install. We were able to get a timely appointment with our regular technician who was able to explain and improve our concern promptly, efficiently, and professionally. We love the Borter team!
