Great experience today. Tech arrived on time and this was an emergency situation with no AC running. He explained what he found wrong, replaced a part so that I was not left with no AC, and set up an appt for someone to come give me an estimate on a replacement as my unit is 25 years old. Also explained that I would be credited for the part he used today. Great guy, great customer service. I have worked with this company before and they are excellent.

Outstanding service! After being told by another HVAC company that we would either have to replace our AC or pay $1000+ for a repair we reached out to Borter for a second opinion. Joe was exceptionally kind, professional, and had a tech out quickly. Our technician Karol was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose our issue and explain in detail what was wrong with our system (not what the other company had said) and gave us advice on how to avoid some of the issues in the future. Within an hour of him being there our AC was up and running and the repair was simple and less than half of what the previous company had quoted us. Brett (estimator) was also able to give us a quote for a whole new system to replace our 30 year old system along with options and detailed explanations of the specs along with giving us a credit for the repair to use towards a new system. It is rare to find a company that is professional, honest, and does quality work, Brett and Joe run an exceptional company. We will definitely be using Borter for any future HVAC needs.

My 88 yr Dad's AC wasn't working properly and temps were in high 80's. I called and was able to do after hrs service call. 1.5 hrs later the technician was there. Easy fix, just a dirty filter. Gave us instructions to melt the ice block it had turned to and next morning we were good to go! Reasonable price and kind to us.

The blower went out on my furnace, made a call to Borter, and within 30 minutes Joe came, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, took the entire blower cage back to the shop, put in a new motor and had us back up and running in about an hour. Great experience, would definitely call Borter again.
