Val and his team came out quickly when we called about our commercial freezer. He explained everything as they worked. It was not cheap, but the job was done well. The follow up was excellent. Val checked regularly to make sure that all was working well.

Washing machine had F50 error code, tech was very thorough and determined it was bearing. Recommended to buy a new washer as cost of repair would be more than a new one. He was on time and flexible on his appointment as we had to delay in getting home. I would highly recommend. Very professional and reasonable.

Microwave repair, excellent service
Overall the service is good. The freezer stops working. The technician came as scheduled and fixed it. It turned out that the inverter board is broken. Thought it might be helpful to share the cost of repair (I have a GE side-by-side with model number Gsh22jgcbww): Inverter board $420 (part) Labor ($180, which includes the $80 diagnostic charge). Hope this review is helpful!

Val is so great at what he does. After the first call many years ago I have called on him to fix my equipment issues like dryer failures (different failures), washer failures vent and hvac issues that have come up in the past. He not only fixes my equipment but also process an education on how to prevent these issues from happening again. Of course I have found different ways to break other parts due to negligence on my part :). I have recommended Val to friends (new home owners) and he has delivered for them quality work on short notice. Thank you sir for having my back these past six years - much appreciated.
