Super responsive from the beginning and were available whenever I was. The man on the phone was so nice. I got a text with the person's name when they were on the way. The technician, Jason, was on time and super kind and friendly and so smart and helpful. Really amazing service. I will definitely call them again.
They were excellent and I give them an A+. Our 13 year old furnace went out on a Sunday and they were out to replace it the very next day. It was an outstanding service experience. We will recommend to others.
Martin Enterprises responded to our emergency within an hour. The tech, Austen Weidel, solved our boiler issue and was exceptionally friendly, patient, and honest answering our many questions. The following week Austen returned to clean our boiler. Once again, he was spectacularly professional and helpful. Many companies are no longer proficient servicing home boilers, so it’s such a relief to finally find such a solid company! I highly recommend Martin Enterprises for your heating & air conditioning needs!
Called Martin Enterprise last night at 8:30 pm. Fred Martin answered and set up an appointment fir 9:30 am Saturday. Tech Austen arrived ontime and Diagnosed problem within a few minutes. Installed new part and unit was working within 30 minutes. Outstanding service and reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to call Martin Enterprise.
Rick and Matt did all Excellent job installing my new HVAC plus a new water heater. They were very prompt and stayed extra just to install my water heater. They were even better than the company we used for over 50 years. I would highly recommend them and Martin Enterprises to anyone. I did give them a referral that day in Naperville.
My AC unit suddenly stopped working in the evening, but I was able to call Martin’s and schedule service the next morning. My technician arrived promptly and was able to resolve the situation before I needed to leave for work. Thank you!
Wonderful honest prompt service. My water tank suddenly lost its mind and flooded my crawl space. Martin was evaluating on Sunday within the hour, and had it replaced by Monday.
They were wonderful and fast and efficient. They rescued me quickly when my heat went out. They weren't pushy with other products or things I didn't need.

I have used Marin Enterprising for several years before, signed their yearly maintenance program for both furnace and Air Conditioner. But within last 2 years, both my Air Conditioner and furnace failed several times, one even right after a scheduled maintenance service. Had to call them and paid technician visits and services extra to fix the issues, so the diligent annual maintenance service seems having zero positive effect. I quitted the yearly maintenance program after frustrations, but they still charged me the full amount for the coming services I have never used. Called their office since last September 4 times, they still haven't refunded my money back till today, and now I can only reach their answer machine/voicemail whenever I called. What a "Local" company!?
Great service, knowledgable, and prompt. Austen was attentive and explained the necessary repairs in great detail. He was able to come back the following day to complete the small project. We appreciated they also texted who was to be coming prior with a photo of the tech. Overall, satisfied with the service and will use these guys in the future!
They were great and came out the same day I called them to fix the issue I was having. The person who came out to my house was very professional and knowledgeable. I will now on be using them for servicing my air conditioner and furnace.
Had Jason from Martin come out to inspect my furnace after I had hired another company to do a clean and check the day prior. They told me that I needed a 2500.00 board, but he recommended that we buy a new unit. Jason ran some tests and confirmed as I suspected there was nothing wrong with my unit. Cheers for being honest.
9/13/2021 - Had a new AC and furnace put in today. Kenny and Ryan were so professional. They worked carefully and did great work. Very thorough. The work was done on-time, as promised and at a lower cost than originally quoted. I could not be happier. 5/17/2021 - Ryan did a clean and check on my AC. - This is what I wrote in an email to the owner back then, which I don't think the owner ever saw. "Thank you for your professional service, and please pass along out thanks to Ryan for doing a great job!! Best AC clean and check I ever had!!!"
Well, after more than two weeks with an old and problematic AC and with 85 degrees at home, we finally found these guys and they deserve their 5 starts, no doubt. They came to see what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Appointment was scheduled fast, they worked all they because changed the whole system - AC and furnace. We had a small problem after that, the AC was stopping every 2 minutes. Even though it was a long weekend then, they did what they had to and fix it. 2 months and no problems at all. Very kind, professional and also reasonable prices. Thank you!
The guys from Martin Enterprises did an extremely efficient job in installing a new AC at our residential house. They were thorough, professional and did a fantastic job. Starting from Fred who came to our house to offer a very competitive price, to the installation team that came promptly the very next day everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Martin Enterprises to anyone in this area.
Wow. Our experience with Martin Enterprises was fantastic from start to finish. This is a family-owned business and you can tell great care is taken with each customer. No high pressure sales tactics or fake diagnostics here. We lost our AC in the middle of one of 2021s worst heat waves. Martin enterprises responded quickly to our call and their experienced frontline tech diagnosed the problem. I had a second technician from a different company look at the AC unit and they confirmed Martin's original diagnosis. The owner visited us later that day to discuss our options. He didn't try to sell us a lot of bells and whistles. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Happily they were able to fit us in the next day. The service technicians who did the installation we're on time, friendly, and very respectful of our property. They did an amazing job in terrible heat. When they had completed their work I was then given the manuals and warranty material, a review of the work done, and had all my questions about the new system answered. Our AC has been working perfectly since then. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. You rarely see this level of service these days. If you're reading this review because your AC has stopped working or you're reading this review because you're considering a new AC unit -- you should give Martin Enterprises a call.
This is the 2nd time I've used this company. My friend owns an HVAC company and recommended Martin for my area. We had a leak in our basement. I called yesterday and they came out within 24 hrs of my request. They already had my info. Turns out, some sludge in our pan made it overflow. Now I know, I need to clean our units regularly. Guy took time to explain and show me. Ran the fan via our Nest to help dry things up and was on his way.
