Peter did such a great job in installing our heater and air conditioner. He came on time, was very professional, and did an exceptional job routing all the cables and ensuring all the openings were sealed. He even walk through and explaining how it works and how to maintain it. We definitely recommend using their services again because they provided top notch services at a reasonable price. I would like to highly recommend Mr. Heating and Cooling Inc. from LZ. I called few month ago because I was under impression that I need new furnace. Noice from furnace was extremely loud. Mike arrived and check my furnace and told me in the most honest way that is no need to change furnace And fixed the issue by adjusting couple things. He didn’t charge me for that which was very surprising for me, most of the companies will charge me at least service fee. During the same visit I bring to his attention that my humidity at my house are very high. He recommended solution for that but he told me that since winter is approaching I should wait until heating season will be over. Yesterday Mike and his crew installed dehumidifier at my house. The service that I received and communication during that process was unbelievable good. I was informed step by step what happening and when job will be done. I can’t say enough how great full I’m for the service and price that I received from Mr. Heating and Cooling Inc. from LZ. Will definitely use this company again in the future
I had my whole HVAC replaced by Mr. Heating and Cooling and they did a phenomenal job. My furnace is in a pretty difficult place to reach and while other businesses doubted the ability to do it, I was surprised how confident Mike was that this would not be a problem. He didn’t even think twice. When it came time to do the work he and his team did a great job. They took extra care of my new floors by covering them up and once they were done there was not a single mark left behind to show they were ever there. Everyone should value a contractor who cares for someone’s home like it’s their own. At the end they made sure my smart thermostat was connected properly and they showed me all the new settings that I should pay attention to. Lastly, I want to compliment the communication I received throughout the process. Lara has been great at communicating any updates and confirming all appointments. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I stayed informed. I give this business five stars for their quality of work, communication and timing as they were quick to schedule and punctual to the minute.

We used Mr. Heating and Cooling to install a ceiling mounted gas heater in our garage. We first got a quote from one of the 'big guys' who advertise on the radio all the time. Mr. Heating and Cooling came in at 25% less and provided a much more detailed quote stating exactly what work would be done. They did a great job!

I HIGHLY recommend this small business company. I put in a new furnace and air conditioner a couple years ago. I shopped around a lot and found this company had great prices. Fast forward to now….I had a knocking noise that was driving me crazy. Mr. Heating and Cooling came to listen to it and of course the noise stopped when he came. The next day it started again. I hated to have to call them back again but I did. They spent the time to figure out the knocking noise and fixed it. 😀 Also their customer service is GREAT. They always got back to me within a few hours. So I’m VERY happy with this company and would DEFINITELY recommend them !
