JT Services replaced my furnace 2 months ago and did a great job. They were just out to do my A/C tune-up and again did a great job. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
Courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order.
They are fantastic not only do the fix the problem they also take the time to explain what happen and how it can be prevented in the future. They have a lot of patience as questions are asked

Not only an excellent job reasonably priced, but spent hours on the phone with Kitchenaid about my warranty for microwave part needed when I had no luck trying. 5 stars for JT Services, 1 star for Kitchenaid customer service.
Exceptional service and attention. Walked through every step. Great communication. They even took the time to help sort an issue with one of the vents!

You cannot find a finer more responsive, thorough and informative company to work with. I had gas and carbon monoxide leaking from my furnace. From the moment they came in to inform me where and why we never lost contact and they did everything they could to install as soon as possible. They noted where more ventilation could be installed, solved a problem unrelated to my HVAC needs and were as pleasant as possible.
They did a great job! Would definitely recommend.
I’m using JT Services for many years for maintenance and repair of AC and heating systems in multiple rental properties. Eugene is always coming the same or the next day. Always on time and performing excellent job. Very knowledgeable about all the different systems. And prices are very reasonable!!!! JT Services the only company I will use!
My fridge was leaking water so I called and had a technician able to come out within a few days. Eugene was profesional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately and was able to get it fixed quickly and explain the source of the issue. He did such good work I even decided to ask him about an issue with our gas oven when he had finished with the fridge. He again immediately knew the problem, demonstrated and explained what was wrong, and even had the part to make the repair in his truck already. I got two appliances repaired in less than an hour all for a pretty reasonable price. Would definitely use JT Services again.
When the dryer broke down Eugene was here within an hour. Very professional and very reasonable. I have never had a better experience with any other repair service. I definitely will use them again. I highly recommend 👌
Eugene did a great job repairing our dryer. It was making a horrible noise and he replaced some rollers, belt, etc. and cleaned the inside areas of the machine. He did a great job and everything looks/sounds brand new!
Thank you, JT services! When a larger retailer could not get us on their schedule for over a week, we reached out to JT Services and they were there the next day. Eugene was great and got our washing machine functioning until the part came in.
The gentleman that arrived were extremely professional. They were able to diagnose the issue immediately and provided a resolution within minutes of doing so. They also arrived at the beginning of the time window which was very helpful. In all the visit took roughly an hour. I am very satisfied with this service and will be using them again in the future for repairs and maintenance.
