The customer service was over and beyond. Very detailed, professional and punctual. I was very happy that we chose this company. Not going to lie, this was our 4th company to do a diagnostic on the issue and we were about to give up, when we found this company. We wanted the right company for the job. There were no cut corners. They live up to the stars. A++.
Thames Heating & Cooling Co. was amazing, came right away & then took all the time to get to the bottom of a tricky double wiring issue in the central air unit & the thermostat. The technician explained the membership program to us with no pressure to join which was a great program for maintenance on our unit & furnace. He was very thorough & explained things he fixed!! Would love to have him back to work on it or do any maintenance! I highly recommend him as well.
When I called this company I told the Rep that the relay and the capacitor had been replaced and the unit was not working. The technician came out and told my wife that the capacitor and relay were bad and it would be 700$ to fix on top of the 159$ service fee. I spoke with the tech explained to him that both had just been replaced. After looking at the unit for a couple minutes he came back and said that the condenser was broke and it would be 5200 to replace the unit. Unsatisfied with this exchange I called the office and have been getting the run around for several days now. Save your money. This place is terrible

Great service this morning. Hot August day and the AC wasn’t working. Called Thames Heating & Cooling Co., they sent someone to the house within 90 minutes. The engineer quickly assessed and presented me with multiple options. Highly recommended.
Thames Heating & Cooling Co. just finished installing our AC and furnace. They were very professional and were extremely helpful when demonstrating our newly installed equipment. They were very careful to not track into the house and cleaned up everything completely before leaving. Highly recommended.

Excellent repair work, multiple jobs, plumbing, sliding door wheel replacement, new faucet in the kitchen, faucet repairs on bathroom tube and he is coming back for ceiling work.Very happy repairs completed very quickly and done perfectly. Highly recommended.
