Art and his crew at Signature Heating and Cooling were fantastic! My house is a LOVELY, 103 years old historic home. Clearly no AC was necessary back then, but that's not the case now. Met with, and discussed replacement of the heating system (which worked well), and the addition of an AC cooling system with several companies. Either the job was too complicated, the price too high, or they were just not available. Not so with Signature! Art came to the house, took notes and pictures, and presented a great selection of options, good pricing and reasonable financing. The work was completed in 2 days! Truly a thing of Beauty; they addressed EVERY CONCERN, replaced, created and installed EVERYTHING necessary for a wonderful, modern and efficient heating and cooling system! Art and his crew of SIGNATURE HEATING and COOLING are TRULY TOP SHELF and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 2/9/22... Editing my review somewhat. While it remains that Signature Heating did a great job on installing my heating and cooling system, they seem to not be so keen on answering customers questions and needs after the job's been completed. After calling a number of times to get some information from Art, the owner, when he finally returned my call, he informed me that he was too busy to help me with my legitimate concern, and that you'd call me back in a few days. REALLY? That was now months ago! You weren't too busy to get ALL your money for the job UP-FRONT were you? So what? Now as a customer, l don't matter? And while this wasn't their most expensive installation, it certainly wasn't the cheapest. I'm considering adding a system and not using Signature to put it in, even though l know they can do it; nothing personal, just business. But, if this how fully paid customers get treated after the job is done, then... NO BUENO, DUDE, NO BUENO. ******************************* April / 2022 Update. This company is great! They are very responsive, helpful and trustworthy; they don’t try to sell you a bunch of services and parts that you don’t need. They’re always professional and it’s a pleasant experience working with them. I highly recommend trying them!

I am using Signature Heating again! After going through an ordeal with home warranty contractor and almost freezing death, I finally found Signature Heating, I called on a Friday at 5:01pm I listened to the recordex message, left my name name and number and hoped for a callback at Saturday. 10 minutes later, my phone rings and it's Art from Signature. In that one call I was educated on a couple of things that I didn't about furnaces. Signature turned to be an authorized dealer who was able to secure the part that the other contractor would have take 4 exta days to. The next afternoon, just one day after I spoke to Art at Signature Heating, he was at my house with the part that I told him that the other contractor said that I needed. He did a second diagnosis of the furniice issue as it turned out to be the computer board and not my inducer. Signature Heating had this part with him as well and installed it.and the part and installed it on the spot. He explained everything he was dong in the process. Art saved us a ton of money! Art, who is also the owner, was extremely professional, great knowledge of the product, engaged us to educate us, quality work, at affordable prices! Signature Heating did what no other Heating company could for in 24 us in a 24 hr turnaround time, Give us heat and peace of mind. We're so impressed with the work and service that we are now signed up for the maintenance package that he has. I recommend Signature Heating and Ac anytime. This company took us from freezing to warm and heated days to come. Thank you again Signature Heating/Art!
Art and his team are reliable, trust worthy and honest. They have fixed and replaced my furnace and air conditioner as well as installed a full house filter and humidifier. I highly recommend them.

I just had my high-efficiency AC system Raheem and high-efficiency motor for the furnace installed by Signature Heating & Cooling. Art is my contact there. I believe he gave me a good price on this. He is knowledgeable for the products and services. He is pleasant to work with as he always respond to any questions that I have. He would fix things the right way because he cares about the quality of his works. His staffs provided good services too as they did a good job cleaning up debris after the installation, and they took care of all the paperwork like applying the ComEd discount and AC 10 year Warranty Certificate. I highly recommend Art.
Our AC went out last night and no one was available, but Art was able to squeeze me in early today to get it back up and running! Much cooler in the house now, and feeling much better while dealing with this 90 degree heat. I absolutely recommend Signature over anyone else!

Art and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Was a little complicated as we added zones, but the team was quick and efficient. We love the temp control the zoning give us.
