Once again, was impressed with the STVU team. Furnace went out this week during frigid cold spell and STVU was again VERY responsive, arriving early Monday morning, quickly diagnosing problem, secured parts, and had operating again, all within two hours. In the past, STVU diagnosed problems that other companies were unable to correctly figure out. STVU is my preferred HVAC company!
Yesterday we woke up and realized our heater is down :-( We called STVU Inc., and the guy was here today at 9 am already :-) . Everything were fixed so fast and professional! I am thrilled !!! Amazing service for a reasonable price! HIGHTLY RECOMENDED :-) !!!

Highly recommend these guys! Paul came out promptly on a Sunday and got our A/C working again. He was very professional and advised us on are options and future maintenance recommendations.
Everyone is excellent to work with. From start to finish, There wasn't a person involved that didn't work extremely well and hard. Job was done in less than a day and I couldn't be happier with the result. The technicians are very detailed and know every part of the AC and Heating systems. Paul is very good st explaining everything and can answer just about any question you may have. Definitely use these guys, you won't regret it.
John Wayne is obviously a pseudonym don't let that take away from the review. These guys came out for AC maintenance and informed me of the problems I was looking at and then told me of the inspection costs and refrigerant costs (which I mostly knew before calling them). They advised on purchasing a new unit instead of having me waste money repairing the unit that I knew was long over due for it. The quote was less than I expected, the install date was scheduled sooner than I expected, and the installation was faster than I expected ( even though they ran into several issues from the poor previous install ( they didn't try to squeeze me for those repairs which is a HUGE plus)). Once finished they gave me the run down of the new unit , waited for it to start cooling, they came back later to check coolant levels, and even reached out a few days later to ensure I registered my warranty info and to see if my new unit was functioning properly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing an install or maintenance. ( I'll even add that they answered after hours when no one else answered or returned any of my calls) so if you want someone who will respond and provide prompt affordable service, look no further.
I highly recommend STVU. Paul was great and explained everything that had to be done. He even took extra time to thoroughly look at what the problem was being the furnace is a little older. I recommend this company to anyone that needs work done. Very courteous and friendly also, highly recommend.
STVU installed a new furnace for us just as the colder weather was beginning to arrive and they did a fantastic job. The personal touch, very clear information, good prices, excellent service and products were a pleasure. We said we had an issue. They arrived quick, provided alternatives and suggestions, we picked, they ordered and promptly came back to install and do a great job. We felt so very well taken care of. If you need heating and cooling services do yourself a favor and call STVU.
I needed a new A/C system since mine was very old. Paul and Igor came out right away as promised. They worked very hard and diligently for 2 days to ensure I will have my new AC installed before the weather gets very warm. They are prompt, professional, organized, courteous and the main thing is that they installed a brand new AC and it works great. The price was way less than what we were quoted by 5 other major companies. Don’t go searching anywhere, STVU are your guys. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Paul and Igor.

Paul and his company were a pleasure to work with last summer when our AC unit quit. It was beyond repair. We needed to replace our furnace as well. They were able to install our new system within 3 days. We were never so happy to have a cool home again! The crew arrived in time, polite and efficient. This company is dependable and extremely fairly priced. Paul came out in the fall to inspect our furnace before winter. They take pride in their work and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
I've had them out twice for AC services and once when my furnace wouldn't kick on. They were super accommodating on days that were both super hot and cold even though they were incredibly busy. I stumbled upon them from a random Facebook recommendation and I'm so glad I did! Their pricing is super fair and I now recommend them to anyone that mentions they need HVAC service.
Paul was very professional I asked him to install a humidifier that I purchased on my own and he was more than willing to install it at a fair price. Great company five stars!
