My AC unit needed to be changed. George showed up last minute on a Saturday and got my AC working again in an hour! Sucks it cost a bit but that’s not his fault, my Freon isn’t cheap. Would especially recommend him because he showed up 40minutes after I reached out. Thanks Gurnee Furnace Heat & Air.
I am very satisfied with the service that they has provided me. They have been very quick to respond to my requests, and they have always come through with the work I needed done. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, which makes it easy to have them come out when I need them.

Called for a quote for my heat pump. The service technician came out the very next day and was very thorough with his assessment and repair services. He explained everything in detail, answered any questions I had and even showed me what he was doing on the unit. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He also took care of some other things in my home that needed repairing or replacing and even made recommendations for new things that needed replacing or repairing too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling services!!
Technician was tremendous. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked hard for several hours on maintenance issues that had built up over time. He provided stellar service and is excellent at his profession. I highly recommend them.
Awesome company. From sales to install, they where fast, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. They are worth the price they charge. They had my old heat pump ripped out and replaced in one day . I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

James was on time, professional, very efficient, and extremely helpful. He diagnose me immediately a problem I had and resolved it even though it was not part of the original scope of work. He gave clear and honest feedback on the state of my unit, things to be on the lookout for, and general best practices. I onlu use this company for their annual maintenance program.
