1- Russell is our regular technician. I trust him and recommend him to others all the time. He is phenomenal, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I have known him for years. We have taken multiple services from Rusell. The list goes on, such as Heating & Cooling service, water heater installation, fixing and installing windows, service, troubleshooting, etc. For example, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Russell not only guided me to the best options, but he also fixed the problem, which was unexpected. His recommendations are always helpful, which not only saves money, his reliable service is very satisfactory, and I never have to go for any other HVAC company. 2- Next, my water heater was old and started leaking water. So I started looking to install a new one. I checked many companies and got quotes, and I got a very shocking price to install the water heater and very high labor and dispose of the old water heater. Finally, I reached Russell. He has done that job inexpensively on short notice. 3- Russell is a multi-skilled handyman. It's always a pleasure to work with Russell HVAC services, and I will continue to use him for my HVAC needs and other services!
