Alpharetta Trane is my preferred vendor by far due to the excellent customer service provided by Nick T. and David J. I work for a large corporate construction company and spend a lot of my time ordering and tracking parts. These guys are the most dependable, accurate and professional inside sales guys that I deal with.
Too slow
The guys that work at this location are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and get you in and out very quickly
This Trane parts supply house is the best. Nick T. is a superb manager and I hope one day is promoted to district manager. They always take pride in all your orders and make suggestions to save time/money. They really go all out for their customers and it’s such a breath of fresh air to have someone so knowledgeable behind the counter.
