🚫🚫🚫Update: 07/07/23 With all due respect, your calls are recorded and this serves as proof that your company can’t be trusted and you guys are willing to do anything to save your reputation. You guys, for a fact did not complete a leak detection at all, not even before damaging my home. I will use all of this in court to prove my case. Your company ripped me off, damaged my home further, and took my money. I wrote an honest review and your company is covering up the very bad service you guys provided me in addition to over charging me. Initial Reviews This company scammed me out of money. They did not do the leak detection before quoting me a price. So they did not know what to fix which resulted in the service not being done. I still had a leak after they further damaged my home. They did not make things right instead they attempted to cover up their wrong doings. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. The field technicians were very rude and unprofessional. The manager RYAN EDGAR was rude and mocked me and made me cry. He yelled at me and belittled me because I am not from America. Very bad company to work with! Call the BBB to report them!
The whole team at TE Certified has been a pleasure to work with from site visit to installation of our new HVAC unit. Raul and his helper laid down pea gravel around the unit and took their time installing which we appreciated. They answered all of our questions and were so pleasant to have around. Very grateful! Thank you!
We had an EV car charger installed by Wilson and DJ. The whole experience was great. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job with the install! We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them for any electrical work! Thank you, Wilson and DJ!
The office staff is rude, so we got no further than a few phone calls. The girl I talked to said our appliance is "too old" and TE "can't help me." It's possible we need a new installation, but, if so, that business will go to a different company. My husband said, "Don't even call them back." Nevertheless, I called back the next day just to let them know and the office manager interrupted me in the middle of a sentence and talked all over me, so I hung up. My husband was right. I should never have called back. TE must have a whole congregation of homeowners banging on the front door trying to get service. But if that's how they run their office, we don't want them fooling around with our plumbing. RESPONSE TO OWNER...It was not a kitchen appliance. Why would I call a plumber for a kitchen appliance repair?
TE was very professional and explained the issue and repair options clearly. Despite the declining weather conditions, the technicians stayed and finished the job. I appreciate that the technicians completed the job in one day since there was a broken pipe that needed to be fixed. I would definitely use TE Certified again and recommend them to others.
This is fundamentally one of the very best companies I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. I cannot say enough about their courtesy, their timeliness, their communication, and their professionalism. Everything about my experience with them was above board. I had to replace my entire electrical panel, they did the job in time, at a great price, and with great integrity and detail (Kyle). Unfortunately, we had a bit of an issue with my HVAC system after the change and my AC stopped working on a hot July day. I called them at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend, somebody was there to answer the phone on the second ring, a very pleasant person (Jennifer). I explained what was going on, and Jennifer had a service manager (Russ) call me back within 20 minutes. We troubleshooted over the phone and we agree that we will talk in the morning. 7 AM the next morning Kyle texts me and says he can come first thing in the morning and he’s here within an hour. Mind you this is Fourth of July holiday weekend. He comes out spends about an hour troubleshooting and we get everything fixed. This level of customer service, integrity, care, for the customer is almost nonexistent in this world today, but seemingly ingrained in the DNA of TE Certified Electric. This is literally one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company and I cannot recommend these folks enough.
Jason was awesome. I had a house with an old dishwasher hookup. He came in saw what was needed and went to work. Gave an affordable and fair estimate. Honest and a complete professional. I had a great experience with TE certified. Highly recommended.
Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year! I called TE in the evening and was amazed that the office answered AND let us know that someone would be out the NEXT DAY! Service was fast and everyone at TE from the office to the service technician was so friendly and professional. Thomas was extremely knowledgable and spent time to make sure all of our issues were resolved and our questions answered. Repairs were done on-site, same day, and we had cool air blowing within the hour. Beyond satisfied! Thank you!

On 6/28/2023 JR came to install a pot filler, hook up stove and refrigerator and help with sink pressure. He was awesome! Very professional - took care of everything in a timely fashion - he was fun and personable and made me feel like high quality work was done! Thanks JR!!!
Luis was the perfect repair person. He was prompt, very careful to cover his shoes every time he came into the house, he investigated the problem, identified it clearly to me. He proceeded to complete all the necessary repairs promptly. He made sure all was to my liking and competed the necessary paperwork to process the payment. It was a pleasure having him in my home. William was a gentleman and a scholar! He went above and beyond to assure my property was up to code. He even went out of his way to fix some smaller issues that were out of the original scope. Can’t recommend him enough.
Liam came to my house to troubleshoot my outdoor electrical and he told me what I needed to do. He also fixed one of my speakers and gave me a quote to fix the wiring. Super friendly and helpful.

Hodge is thoroughly professional and knows his craft very well . Patiently answers all questions and makes you understand the value of why he recommends what he does . He did an awesome job of my car’s charging station installation . I would recommend TE and Hodge to anyone getting any electrical work at their home .
Several months ago I had a major pipe failure in my kitchen. Evan Wheeler replaced rhe pipe and has now completed the replacement of the cast iron pipe in the crawl space. Evan's work is superior in all areas. He begins the job immediately, takes no breaks except lunch and upon completion reviews what he did and answers all questions. He is the best of the best, but better.
I always use TE Certified professionals because they always know what to do and they are pleasant to work with. I used them for Electric, Plumbing and HVAC and im always happy with their work. Shane and his team did a great job installing my Water Heater today
Ryan was wonderful. He repaired an antique hanging lamp I had almost given up on. And fixed the other one to match and installed on/off switches in the lines. He also installed two floor outlets in my 18 x 28 foot living room, which I really wanted. He explained everything and got the placement perfect. I can't say enough good things about Ryan! Thanks!
