We called them Friday to replace my dryer vent cap from the roof and got an appointment the same day afternoon . Vital and Sam are very knowledgeable , job was done in 3-4 hours,They provide me pictures before and after. Vital and Sam did an amazing job

My HVAC control panel was broken, and replacing it with a new one had no effect. With this breakdown, the techs were helpful. They left their own cell phone number as a result (in case something bad happens). Everything functions as it ought to. Many appreciation for your promptness, thoroughness of the problem explanation, care, and courtesy. Very well done!
I live in Dawsonville. Needed help with solving the issue with my ventilation, and this place happened to be the closest one. The air flow was very weak, cleaning was needed, apparently. The team arrived the next day, cleaned the ducts and filters. I'm very satisfied. Thanks a lot!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this case is an exception. The situation was as follows. The grease began to drip from the exhaust ventilation umbrella. When the grease traps were removed, we faced, so to speak, stalactites made of grease, dirt and dust. Uuuugh... We found out about MMI Home Improvement on the Internet and they came to us the same evening. They made an inspection, took ventilation measurements. After seeing all this, all doubts about wheither or not should we (or they) clean the ventilation, all this just disappeared. Couple of days later, a brigade arrived and cleaned up overnight. Keep it up! You're the best in Roswell!

I'm greatly impressed by the work the whole MMI team did on my ventillation. The task was only took them 2 hours to ""unplug"" my AC unit and install the brand new one instead. What's a tough work to do, and the guys did it great!
Our HVAC unit went out on our rental property. The team diagnosed the issue and calculated the repair costs, which was a bit more than I expected, but not critically. In fact he fixed the unit in less than 30 minutes, so I think it's worth it! Thank you, MMI! The landlord will be pleased :)

I've been familiar with this place for a long time. The owner, management and fitters have flexible and individual approach. Always on time. Great value for money. Top quality! That's my go-to place if the HVACs in our building start going crazy.

I have had the ducts of my house cleaned multiple times before, but MMI left me with mixed feelings. The work they've done is very professional and affordable, I am extremely satisfied. But on the other hand I feel a bit sorry for not knowing them earlier.
