Very glad we worked with them to get a new system, increased air flow, and an additional duct to a bedroom suffering from high summer temps. Fair price, smart recommendations, and no games or sales pressure. Bob is great, lots of knowledge regarding maximizing air flow, and his team executed the plan perfectly. Also spoke to 2 name brand companies; prices were higher and only 1 of 2 even had suggestions on how to increase air flow.
Bobs heating and air has bailed me out TWICE with prioritized AC help during hot weather. I don't even call anyone else anymore, they are my "go to" guys!
Bob’s Heating and Air was the most professional, prompt, and educational HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. They were extremely quick to not only respond, but to get to the home and take a look at our issues. They took the time to explain everything as well as show me exactly what needed to be done and offered many tips and insights to help us keep our unit efficient during the process. When the work was done, it was well done with high quality. Fair pricing was icing on the cake. I highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Air and will definitely continue to use them going forward.

What to say.... Just fast, great, reasonably priced service. Called in the morning. The technician (Josh) was at my door by early afternoon. We had an ongoing problem that nobody could explain or fix for years. We are now back to 'normal', what a relief. (especially my wife!) Everything is working the way it is supposed too. Every AC company should strive to reach this level of service. Highly recommended.
Bob's vast knowledge about duct systems and air flow proved a great deal of a miracle to my home's overal air quality and flow. Always on time, to the point, and his crew was extremely professional and polite. Hands down recommend.
Drove all the way from Douglasville to Roswell to service our furnace during our recent record-breaking cold! We were so thankful! A real gentleman who expertly found the issue and got us "back in business" with a warm home!

I had done business earlier this year. My A/C stopped work.. I called Bob to make an appointment but was told he wasn't taking appointments. Where was Bob when I needed him. Finished with Bob's A/C.
Bob is a wizard! He diagnosed a difficult to detect issue very quickly and got our AC up and running in a short time. His rates are very reasonable, and he’s really pleasant to work with. We feel very lucky we found him and will definitely be recommending him to neighbors and friends.

We have used Bob (and his team) several teams over the past three years for a variety of jobs - annual maintenance, an AC repair, and an AC replacement. Each time the response is almost instant and the appointments are kept promptly. The latest time was the AC replacement/installation - Bob came out the day after I contacted him and was able to arrange the installation of the unit, improvements to the ductwork, and installation of a new thermostat THE NEXT DAY. Two days to get a complete AC replacement with upgrades. Incredible. Bob communicates clearly, has tons of knowledge, and has always exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend him and his team enough.
Bob was our savior this week! Our AC went out in the whole house and temps were reaching 86 inside. I called a few companies and they werent going to be able to come out for another 4-5 days. I called Bob and he was at my door within an hour. He immediately knew the issue and was quick to get it fixed. He talked me through the process and showed me some maintenance methods to make sure the issue does not return. His prices were VERY reasonable and I will recommend him to anyone needed Heating or Air servicing.
I had 50+ year old ducts that were falling down in both my crawl space and attic. Bob installed new ducts, plenums, and helped seal several problem areas. He was the best out of three quotes I received and performed extremely high quality work. Would recommend.

I can't recommend Bob's Heating and Air enough. We had 4 companies give us an estimate and explain how they were going to fix our heating and cooling issues. We had an addition added to our home that stayed at 78 degrees in the summer with only 3 vents and wasn't insulated. Bob was the only one who figured out how to fix this problem and that room stays at 72 degrees now in the summer. When you call Bob's company you talk to Bob. He's not only knowledgeable he is genuine and kind too. His prices were competitive and you get what you pay for. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use his company. Thank you Bob.
Bob installed our 4-ton AC and heating system in May of 2016 and the system worked great! You could hang meat in my basement it was so cold. In summer of 2018 the unit started leaking water from inside evaporator coil. Called Bob and they returned and determined it was condensation developing on inside evaporator coil housing. They applied a fix and all seemed ok. Late in the summer last year I popped into our utility room and noticed that the drip was back. Called Bob and he advised that the hot season was over and to call him in summer 2019. At that moment, I was feeling like Bob may not back his work since we were going onto almost 3 years of the system installation. The system still had the dripping water this summer and I called Bob and asked him to call in the manufacturer warranty on the evaporator coil as defective. Bob did this but shared that the warranty did not cover his labor and materials cost. Long story short... Bob's guys just finished installing a new evaporator coil under warranty and we discovered that the old coil was touching the external housing creating the condensation. in summary, Bob is the rare honest contractor who backs his product and work. I can guarantee that a larger contractor would have walked away from this nagging issue. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for an honest local contractor.
Bob is the best in the business. My AC unit went out and so called a dozen HVAC companies and all of them were booked up and couldn’t make it out to my house for at least a couple of days; on top of that, the price for having them simply come out—not including the actual job, parts, labor, etc.—was absolutely ridiculous. When I got in touch with Bob, he was at my house in a couple of hours and fixed my unit in no time. He’s honest, has integrity and does the job efficiently and won’t overcharge. I highly recommend using him for all of your AC and HVAC needs! A+
