One of our Lennox A/C units kept shutting off with random fault codes (communications, blower motor start, etc). The first tech seemed to have nailed it but, the unit quit after we went to bed. They were back the next morning shortly after I called and Brian was able to diagnose and recommend a new thermostat. Apparently Lennox used SD Memory cards in our 9 year old smart thermostats. As an electronics engineer, I know that certain solid state memory chips like those used in SD Cards only last about 10 years. Smart thermostats are nice however, most consumers don't realize that electronic devices using these solid state devices won't as long as traditional thermostats. Since Lennox uses a proprietary technology that prevents other brands or old school thermostats from working, a $200 smart thermostat I could get at Lowes and put in myself will not work. So we get to spend $1,150 on a new Lennox smart thermostat. Not Seacoast's fault but rather my own for choosing Lennox.
We have never had a bad experience with Sea Coast and even though this was just a routine maintenance of our ac units, his customer service surpassed our expectations. Just having a big smile, being personable, knowledgeable and just a kind person. He was done before you knew it too. I vote him employee of the year, (if there is such a thing lol). Thanks Chris!
Annual maintenance performed and appreciated. A+ due to communication by technician and on time arrival. All my questions answered and understood the answers. No reason to consider any other A/C company!
Had an AC emergency late in the day and Seacoast came to the rescue! Jason had it up and running within a couple of hours. Great communication and friendly staff from the office to the field.

Seacoast is now my permanent co. I will use for all things A/C related. Jason S. was extremely professional, respectful, efficient, and friendly. He Showed up much sooner then I expected and got our A/C up and running inside an hour. He was also honest, and that was the most important part. He also went above and beyond by doing a service and cleaning to make sure that my system would work better than before. Thank you Jason and the staff at Seacoast for being the example for all those in your industry.
I only use Seacost and have for many years. If I need help, they are there. So many new a/c companies out there but I Know Oscar who has maintained my a/c for probably 5 years now and I trust his Experience and Seacoast has the Knowledge and experience...

Efficient, friendly service. A/C quit working in evening on a 95 degree day. Called them early morning and technician came before noon! Was repaired and cooling before 1pm!
