Roy Padgett from Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning did my summer service to make sure the a/c is performing efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship the technicians offer to customers, including a detailed description of what the service provided and the reasons it is needed. Roy found a clogged drain pan in my attic last year and luckily it was drained before flooding my ceiling. I highly recommend Absolutely Cool for maintenance, repairs and replacement based on their quality of workmanship, pricing and professionalism.

The a/c unit is working well. The technician was polite and professional. The cost was extremely expensive.
