Joshua was amazing! He is so friendly and professional (even having to come out on the 4th of July Holiday, he was all smiles). He explained every step he was doing and answered all my questions.

I was extremely happy that they came out the same day, Ed was able to immediately acknowledge the issue with my AC, took care of it. From the beginning of speaking with the customer service to the work that was done on my AC, was a great experience, Ed was efficient, professional, courteous, explained everything clearly to me, answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company, I will also use them for yearly maintenance, they also had a coupon I was able to use. Their prices were very good compared to other companies that I reached out.

A few weeks ago, Benny answered promptly and came right to us due to AC not working in bedrooms. He found the same problem that has been found several times, causing water leakage onto the ceiling beneath the unit and the need for drywall repair. We just had the drywall repaired from the August debacle. Because Benny showed up quickly and was knowledgeable, he caught the problem and attended to it. We do maintenance with Billfish and need the assurance written in our file that it includes a thorough cleaning and treatment of the condensate exit pipes. Thanks for Benny having good judgment. Ron Surowitz See note below: This apparently did not send in August, 2022 Carlos showed up quickly for an emergency water leak due to a broken exit pipe. He determined the problem and fixed it. Appears to have been an inadvertent break from the prior visit on 5/31, since no one has been in the attic since that time. Thanks Carlos 👍
I had the pleasure of meeting William today! He is over the top kind & knowledgeable in his work. He kindness and caring not only secured a new A/C unit at my mom’s house, we will be using him/them in the future at our home and rental property! You should be so gratefyto have sn employee like William!
