Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C company! John Gardner was excellent! Called at nine in the morning and the job was completed by around 3:30 the same day! Wow! Super! I highly recommend!
It's really hard to find a good reliable company now a days..But One Hour Air was absolutely that.. Really appreciate the honesty and accurate diagnosis of our system. John was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Looking for a awesome company that will provide quality service,look no farther.. Oh and the cost of repair was beyond fair.. Late night emergency call and John was awesome! Was able to come 2 hours early and had the air up and running within an hour and price was very reasonable. So impressed with the service we are signing up for their maintenance program do this doesn’t happen again . Great service and John was outstanding. Thanks so much !
PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE. I selected the BEST of all the air conditioning companies in south Florida... "ONE HOUR A.C." It was a difficult relocate for my home system and the job was gnarly hot (140° in the attic!) but John and David ( including the boss, Chad) were committed to complete the job. Excellance in skill, professionalism, determination, and being calmly personable put these technicians and this company in the upper echelon. A company is only as good as the people who work there and these guys are the BEST.
The business name was accurate in my experience. I used google to find a local AC business for same day service with a high rating. More than one business did not return my call (with higher ratings via google I might add) to place me on a “list” to have a technician come to my house to see what the problem was. Although I understand AC technicians are in high demand this time of year, Allen was immediate with his response and was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue, physically showed me the problem, ordered the part, and he and his team completed the installation by early afternoon. I also called a friend that is in the AC business (who was out of town at the time) to check and see if the pricing was fair and accurate for their service which it was. A warranty on the part and labor was also given. I highly recommend these guys!
One Hour Air Conditioning came out to my house almost immediately and John Gardner was amazing. He is professional, knowledgable and I felt he actually had my best interest at heart. Great Service and Problem Solving! Thanks John!

Technicians Matt/Allen/Anthony/David were very professional, engaging and knowledgeable with troubleshooting, Matt and Anthony Installed my new A/C unit and fixed some troubleshooting problems
If all people were like Allen, the world would be a better place. Prompt, efficient, and performed his job above and beyond what could be expected. You can will be lucky to get Allan as you service rep. Look forward to our next meeting.
David was incredible. We had an A/C emergency at 8pm on a Friday and he was here by 8:30pm and worked on our system until 11:15pm. It’s working great now, thank goodness! He was honest, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend
It isn’t often you get this quality of service anymore. Kind, on time, professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, receptive, personable. There wasn’t a high mark that David didn’t hit, I’ll be using One Hour Air for everything HVAC.
John was the HVAC professional who arrived at my home promptly. He was super professional and an overall nice person. He resolved my issue and explained exactly what he was doing in terms that I could understand. He also recommended a maintenance service which my landlord purchased. Really great experience working with John. So glad I called this company! PB

Anthony arrived on time and dove right in. Was very informative and explained everything. No pressure and no upselling! House was cool before he left!
I have two ductless cooling and heating systems (Mitsubishi). One system (4 heads) works great and the other system, (3 heads) has only one of the three heads cooling. I called 1Hour Air Conditioning to check out this system. Allen arrived and it didn’t take him long to identify the first issue. Either there was acid in the system or someone introduced yellow dye into the system looking for a leak. He tested for acid, both inorganic and organic and the results were negative. It was yellow dye. Introduction of the dye voided all manufacturer warranties! I spoke to the president of the company that installed the system and he denied that they were responsible, ‘We don’t use dye’. The system had not been serviced since they were installed. And Mitsubishi told Allen the entire system, condenser and three heads have to be replaced. So….. Allen, John, and Billy, started the process of removing the old system. Even their boss came out to observe and insure the process of installing the new system went smoothly. Some but not all of the issues they found were, (1) the leak in the system due to a poorly created flange, and hence why the original company introduced the dye, (2) two of the heads low voltage lines were wired to the wrong output. Low voltage (B) going to location (C) and low voltage (C) going to location (B). And (3), none of the drain lines were properly installed. One drain line especially was installed such that it couldn’t drain properly resulting in water dripping down the wall and the head freezing up. Water doesn’t travel up hill very well. I had to suction out the drain line with a shop vac from time to time. After installing the new system, fixing all drain lines and performing a vacuum test, pulling a vacuum down to 383 microns, (which the original company apparently didn’t do), the system was started. Allen, John, and Billy stayed until they were satisfied that the system was working (around 8pm). Allen called me the next morning to check on the syste
Anthony was very prompt and courtious. Was very informative. I have not made a decision yet on whether or not to use the company based on price. I've got one more quote coming and my wife and have some talking to do. Will update if we decide to go with One Hour.
