We've been having problems recently and Marlon, Tedi and the rest of the crew at A/C Care got the job done.
We had a company come out and within 5 minutes say we needed a new system and left. I wanted a second opinion. We had A/C CARE come out and they did an amazing job. The technician (James) was professional and communicated with me throughout the process. He gave me a timeframe for which he felt how much longer the system would last and a quote for a new system so I could make an informed decision, and I was pleased to see he was working to fix it and not just trying to sell me a new unit like the other company. He was very thorough and in the end it needed some minor repairs and some coolant and was good as new. Their name is fitting. Finally I found an A/C company who CARES!
AC stopped working. I called in the morning and had a great service tech at my door shortly after. Chuck, our tech, was not only a competent technician but a great person. He was able to resolve the problem even with the challenging location of our AC unit. So glad I called. Will be using this company exclusively for HVAC needs. Try this company, you won't be disappointed!
Dave E, came out to my home to repair an over flowing condensation pan on the air handler in my guest quarters. While here, I asked him to check out the 28 year old system that I had installed in 1993 during the rehab of my home. Obviously he said that while the system was still working it was quite old and that the air handler had been installed in a very precarious location in my cramped attic preventing adequate access to service the unit plus he noted that despite the many repair bills from a different installer I was on thin ice as far a getting much more use of the system. He went on to explain the advantages of a newer first class system and the upgrades made in the a/c industry with Halo air cleaning add on accessories. My wife and I had been contemplating an upgrade to our system anyways so we asked for a quote and after a day to get back to us he gave us a bunch of options. All the way from a get by low end system to a Ferrari valued product. With summer coming and at 80 years old we decided to go first class so that we and my family would have the best and longest lasting a/c system available. Dave, Don, and Laura checked back in with me and gave me an option of dates to install the system. It was a two day job completed in time with the minimum of fuss and mess. The 6 or 7 guys that paraded through my front door treated my home with respect, kept the noise and dust level down and installed the system like the professionals I had hoped for. Suffice to say that we were very satisfied with the install and the performance of the product. I would highly recommend this company to satisfy anyone's HVAC needs.
Aaron arrived early, was very friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and simply,, and repaired my AC quickly. AC Care has always been very responsive and great to work with.
The answer the phone, show up on time and get the job done. The service contract certainly helps and they are proactive about it, calling to schedule the included service, as opposed to the fortune 500 corporation that bought out a company I previously used.
My technician James kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. Went beyond what he probably needed to do in order to get me up and running. Even informed me of a low voltage problem that required getting FPL involved
WE met A/C Care through are builder who used them to install the system in our house. We have since started a monthly maintenance plan. Highly recommended.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced with warranty on both the install and the new AC unit. Email and phone responses were very fast. Install was scheduled just as fast too! Arrived on time (within the one hour window we were given) and the full install was finished in about 5 hours! Personnel was clean and professional. We would DEFINITELY recommend A/C Care Heat & Air to EVERYONE!!! Thank you so very much for everything!
I just have to say "thank you so much!" to Aaron, who came to the house today. Not only did he take care of our immediate problem, but he went above and beyond by leveling the unit in the attic, which was causing the problem! Thank you A/C Care and thanks a million to Aaron. You are gold!
Amazingly responsive on a Sunday morning. The tech Aaron called within minutes and was at my house within an hour. The tech was professional and had parts to repair my a/c quickly. Highly recommend this company!
There is definitely a reason these guys have a consistent 5-Star rating. THEY EARNED IT! Over the years we have been through a LOT of different AC "people" and companies ... that until these guys was almost always a semi monthly thing. They are honest about what is wrong, what it takes, and what will take to get it going without all the unnecessary upselling that we have constantly experienced in the past without things actually ever getting fully fixed. Most impressive, they listen to what the client wants and needs. (That has been missing in ALL the others!) Service has always been prompt and timely! Thanks Guys!
A/C Care Heat and Air was great to work with! We had three units go out at one time, and half of our church building was without cooling. To make matters worse, our Vacation Bible School was scheduled in a couple of weeks and we were desperate to get the units up and running again. I met with James, one of A/C Care’s sales staff, and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options to us. He assured me they would do everything possible to get the new units installed ahead of our VBS. If they hit a problem, he said for us not to worry that they would install portable units to get us through our meeting. What a huge relief this was for us! We felt that A/C Care’s pricing was fair, and they weren’t trying to oversell us on the replacement units. Once we signed the contract, the office staff jumped on getting the units ordered right away since we had a very tight deadline. Ultimately, the a/c units came in, and A/C Care sent out two crews to ensure they got everything installed ahead of our meeting. A/C Care saved VBS this year! Stuart Church of Christ would like to say a special thanks to James, Logan, Kristy, and Juan for all you did to make this happen! We would highly recommend using A/C Care for your air conditioning needs!
Again and without fail - A/C care heating was very receptive, responsible, and professional. They are prompt explain the situation and resolve the situation as quickly as possible great job!!!!
We had an emergency repair of our A/C done. The house was unbearably hot. We just needed the A/C fixed and fixed soon. The job coordinator, Dakota, could not have been nicer. Dakota got the technician out fast. Dakota also made sure that the technician was prepared with all the parts he needed to complete the repair in only one visit. She also made sure that the technician with the best skillset to our unit requirements came to our home. The technician, Darryl, arrived timely and quickly got to the task of diagnosing and making the necessary repair. This was a complex repair since our system is an ultra high efficiency unit, which requires some knowledge of programing and advance troubleshooting skills. The entire process from A to Z was perfectly coordinated. The staff I spoke with were genuinely caring and responsive. I highly recommend this company.
From the very first call to the technician leaving after completing our service the entire team was the most professional and pleasant people to deal with!! You will not be disappointed with this team....they are the BEST!!!
I called this company because my sis-n-law referred me. The guy I had previously (The Langel brothers Ac) was not reliable. Dakota called ahead of schedule to let me know when James should be here. Turns out when James came out I learned so much about my AC then I knew about. I learned the other guy wasn’t doing his job correctly cleaning my AC properly when doing the Maintenance. James showed me everything he was doing step by step. I asked questions and he gave me answers. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely stay with this company!
