Truly appreciate the prompt service! My AC is a dinosaur and was blowing warm air… I thought for sure I need a whole new unit! To my surprise, one part and a half hour later all is well!

At 7:00 PM last night I noticed an A/C problem. The air handler was running, the compressor fan was running, but there was an issue with the compressor itself. It cycled on and off, repeatedly attempting to start but shutting down within about one second. At 7:05 PM I placed a call and left a message for emergency after hours service. At 7:25 PM the service technician returned my call. At 7:45 PM the technician arrived, replaced a capacitor and departed at 8:05 PM. That's what I call incredibly good service.
Let's be frank: Krauss & Crane are incomparable. There's a reason why they are the longest serving AC Wizards in this area. From the people that take your call to the skilled, young Technicians, they are focused on customer satisfaction. My new AC was not working well. 😕 l called and was treated politely and with consideration for my plight. Tech acknowledged the oversight that caused my refrigerant to dissipate and he and his buddy fixed it ASAP. Every business hopes you like them but frankly, at the end of the day, it's about customer satisfaction 😉 Krauss & Crane deserve kudos on valuing their customer base. 👏
I am totally satisfied with their service and plan to sign a two or three year pm contract.
Got ppoinment same day, technician was even a bit earlier. Xavior, the technician was efficient and very personable. Although he could not fix the problem, he went out of his way to eliminate the possibilities, and suggested a solution. Thank You Krauss & Crane

The installers were professional and courteous. They listened and acted upon my personal request regarding placement of the unit and electrical box that was attached to the outside wall of my home. Overall, their service and friendliness was excellent.
I just remembered I didn't receive an itemized list of what was done, the one the homeowner signs.
Mike the maintenence service man is the best. He understands I want the system to last and does everything he can to ensure it lasts as long as possible. He shows up on time and always gives me a ring when he arrives. It is a pleasure to know I can trust him even when I am not at home
Absolutely great service. Very responsive, when there is an issue a qualified man is. sent on a timely basis. I have used Krause Crane for 14 years without a problem.

Great company. In our second year with them and are very happy. Had a broken AC unit on a Sunday and was fixed within 2 hours of my call!!
